Not sure if they are actually effective since it's always hard to tell with health supplements. But I rated it low for the taste, it has a funny taste (not disgusting, but just a bit off). I had high expectation of the taste because the Swiss probiotic orange flavour gummies are very tasty.

Steer clear I thought these would be great but they taste disgusting. Defeats the whole purpose of taking in gummy form I’d rather go back to tablets
