Purchased it over a month ago to trial the packet and it does provide that extra boost of energy. It’s best to get a regular blood test so that you doctor can advice what you lack of and be advised what you need to take. For me it was the Vitamin D 1000u I need to due lacking it as advised by doctors. However I just don’t like the large sized tablets and unpleasant taste it leaves. Overall, it provides the extra energy I need each day after running a busy family household.

I picked this brand due to its high level of vitamins. I don’t always remember to take all my pills so a multivitamin that really packs a punch is necessary for me!

I always feel great when I have Swiss Women’s vitamins. I’ve used them for years. And Chemist Warehouse always has a great price. These ones are super charged!
After my GP advised me I was deficient in Vitamin A, I realised the current multi I was taking didn't have any Vitamin A in it. I had to shop around to find one that did and this one was perfect. Ever since I have been taking it, my 6 months blood tests have all been good and not deficient in anything.
So far, I am happy with these multivitamins! It is a descent sized tablet, if you're not a fan of big tablets!
