quality can be trusted. good ingredients . size is slightly big but manageable with water . suitable for female adults . to be consumed daily for max effects. i like this product, all 1 one pill , no need for multiple bottles. the only downside is that calcium may be insufficient for some. highly recommended for all women
Only brand that I can find a specific teenager vitamin! Thanks Swisse! Can you get it stocked in Woolworths or Coles for convenience and accessibility, just so I can add it onto the weekly click and collect shop for groceries. Glad it has both Vit K for bone growth as well as Vitex for natural hormone balancing. Most other brands don’t do Vit K which is an essential for bone growth and mostly found in leafy greens, the very thing a lot of kids avoid. Well done Swisse! Only suggestion is if it came as a natural strawberry flavoured powder or smaller capsules. My daughter couldn’t swallow them so I had to blend into a powder myself.
