Good multi vitamin which serves my purposes. It contains a large array of necessary nutrients and supplementation of which we simply cannot get on a daily basis from our diet. I definitely can attest to the fact that post taking these supplements, i experienced less, much less, hair loss; every time i showered i had a ton of hair falling out, and now, i am not seeing my hair fall out as much at all. I do love the fact that it also has chamomile, and that keeps me relaxed more - i have noticed that too. I only wished that this was a non gmo product. However, the print on the bottle is so tiny I can't read it very well, not well enough to quote with any assurance of accuracy. It would help if the product page had a clear view of that panel, but it does not so that is no help. As far as I can tell, it does have high doses of the B vitamins that should help with energy and stress, but I haven't personally noticed a change. It also has a laundry list of plant based supplements. There are a LOT of ingredients in this product. These tablets are quite large but aren't scored for easy splitting.
