Great product

Long time Adrenal Switch user and the mango flavour is the bomb! I use after workout and/ or before bed (chocolate version) for stress support, muscle recovery (occasional cramps) and better sleep. Noticed difference after using for a couple of weeks and never looked back since. Highly recommend this product.

Great taste & it works

I quite like the flavour (chocolate). I find it helps with my cramping during workouts. I was getting at least 2 major cramps in every session (5 P/w) & since starting Adrenal, I might get 1 p/w, if that. I also find it helps me get to sleep a little easier. Highly recommend for those who struggle with cramps .

WOW what a product! Not only does it kill that sweet tooth craving at night but you actually feel your body relax and I really mean it - the flavour does not leave that fake after taste- it tastes so good I repetitively read the label thinking its too good to be true!Quite often I experience the most horrendous cramps in my calves where I am in tears, paralysed on the floor, unable to stand or walk for a couple of hours. Hello sleep good bye DOMS

I've tried many other post workout supplements and find they have not had quite affect I'm looking for but this one hits the mark.Nothing has given me the restful relaxing sleep quite like this great product. The mind switches off and the body melts away.No more cramps or twitching.After taking Adrenal switch over the last month, I've also noticed my muscle repair is much faster so the delayed onset muscle soreness (DOMS) seems far less to none at all.I sometimes take adrenal switch during the day, to get me level headed if I've had to much pre workout and coffee.The lemonade flavour is great, not too sweet and a nice citrus tang.I love mine cold with lots of ice.My next flavour choice will be chocolate, I'm sure its going to be amazing.

Really yum & guilt free

Absolutely love this & knowing I can enjoy a hot choccie without the guilt & it’s really yum with just hot water & a dash of milk. The salted caramel is too sweet for me but a quarter spoon of it in my coffee 🤤 is sooooo good so it’ll last me ages. Even my partner enjoys this now (who isn’t into sweet things) for our weekend nightly wind down drink before bed. I highly recommend them

Taste!!

So I’m yet to feel some instant effects, the shop assistant did say it takes a few nights of consistent use for some people, but! The taste! Is amazing, I got the blackcurrant apple and it tastes like I’m just having a cup of apple blackcurrant juice before bed 🤷‍♀️I’m a VERY fussy person with flavours and textures and this was one point for both, no grainy bits!
