I got the Adrenal Switch Mango Nectar sample with my order (first elite Supps order ever ) and WOW. The taste is incredible, I like sweet stuff, it’s slightly creamy- I mixed it with cold water. It kinda taste like if mango, yogurt and white chocolate had a love child- this is it and it tastes awesome! I also felt fairly chill afterwards which is good as I have anxiety. So I’m keen to get more and see how I feel after having it for a while. I’ll be buying a full tub for sure

Sooo I was a bit skeptical at first.. like how good could it seriously be? I was expecting to feel a little relaxed and a little less tense.. but holy **** I was surprised! Not only did I get the best sleep in forever I’m so relaxed it’s actually scary. Normally I’m the worst for procrastinating and feeling so overwhelmed that I don’t end up doing anything because of the negative overwhelming feelings but since taking adrenal switch I feel like a completely new person and not stressed over all the little things that I’d normally be losing it over.

Adrenal Switch is awesome if you have evening training sessions and still have some pre-workout knocking around in your system. Having it about 30 minutes before bed helps you literally 'Switch' from go mode. It helps set a calm mind and a super restful sleep, you don't wake up feeling drowsy or in need of more sleep either and instead have energy. The L-Theanine is a really relaxing addition, I've used Ashwaghanda for a number of years for Hormonal balance and anxiety so having it before bed is really nice especially because it has a short half life and is out of your system pretty quickly anyway. There's also a fair bit of research behind Ashwaghanda for supporting training performance. The 60 serves also seems to be a less than generous statement. I really worthwhile addition to your stack if you value your recovery and quality of sleep. The taste is sweet but absolutely delicious, for a less sweet taste you could mix with more water but less is probably better if you don't want to be up in the night needing to go to the bathroom. The reviews on the Hot Chocolate flavour seem to be promising, looking forward to trying that next!

This is my second tub of Adrenal Switch & I'll definitely be staying on it. Taste is great, has definitely helped with my cramps which are few and far between now. My sleeping has improved slightly, still a bit to work on there. Could not complain about the service, fast & efficient. Thankyou ASN

I can’t live without my Adrenal Switch

I initially purchased the sample packs of Adrenal Switch and noticed a difference in my sleep. When I ran out of my samples I realised this had made such a big difference in my quality of sleep and I needed more. I went back and purchased the full size in chocolate from ASN. I love the taste of this and have it as a hot drink at night before bed. It really does help me wind down at night and get a better nights sleep and I hate going without this now.

The best magnesium supp

Let's be honest, most of us into fitness and supps love our stimulants. I often over do caffeine and other stims, What I love so much about Switch Adrenal is at the end of the day it helps me to relax. The lemonade is awesome with ice cold water, it's a treat. Worth it!

Been buying this product for around 2 years now and while the price was initially off putting it is worth it. The flavours taste great and it helps me to get to sleep after a long day. Favourite is Chocolate and the choc mint is great as well. Caramel is good but the consistency isn’t the best and it doesn’t mix as well as the others.
