If I could give this 6 stars, I would. This stuff mixes extremely well and if you mix it with 750ml of water, it tastes fkn amazing. Wouldn't recommend drinking it randomly "just coz" as it has Dextrose, which is a 2nd place title holder in the Glycemic Index leaderboard. (It's one of the fastest releasing carbs you can get, really good for long gym sessions etc though)

I’ve tried a lot of different hydration products but this is my favourite. Very easy on the stomach. Tastes great, and when you’re on an adventure she small individual packets are excellent.
Loved the watermelon flavour. Single serve sachets are so good for travelling. For those saying they have loads of sugar they don’t - the serving size is 6g, the sugar per 100ml is 7g. Tried a sample pack of 3, now purchasing the watermelon.
I got the lime one and it tastes like Splice ice cream! it is a little sweet but not sickly sweet. Post/pre exercise 1 scoop in 750ml is good but i put 1 scoop in 1lt when using it to recover day after. Easy to dissolve and consume. no aftertaste so will defiantly use again.
I got the watermelon flavour and it’s great, easy to drink, doesn’t have that sweet taste some electrolyte drinks have. Will defiantly be buying again.
Look closely at the Nutritional Facts. 7 grams of sugar per 100ml, each sachet = 120mg; do the math lmao
mixes easilyslightly sweetmight try another flavour next time
