I have tried multiple times to get a hold of them via email to get a refund and I keep getting an email reply that says someone will get back to you in 24 to 48 hours. Five attempts have gone on answered. if you try this do not expect them to uphold the refund guarantee.

I have been taking this product faithfully for 2 months. Not only have I not had a miraculous recovery from the gastro-intestinal difficulties, I have had no improvement at all. Glad I didn't buy more than a 3 month supply because the only thing getting flushed would have been more money. Save your money, there is no cure, not even relief with synogut. I so wanted to believe. I am not even going to try to get my money back, I know what a futile process that would be. I tried posting with NO star, I can't, but that is what I give it nothing.

My Oncologist refused to let me take this. I attempted to contact the company within the return time limit and never received a reply. I have been left with over $600.00 in charges. There were no instructions on how return the product for a refund!
