Ive tried a variety of dry eye drops over the past several years. Some products were more expensive like Refresh Optive and some were less expensive like Thera Tears, and also the generic brands. They are better than nothing at all, but when Systane Complete with nano drops came on the market, it was just what I needed. Of course, sometimes I couldnt afford the brand and had to buy a generic but I always regretted it. this past 3 weeks. Systane Complete with nano drops was delivered yesterday afternoon. Just as soon as I put the Systane Complete in my eyes, the itching stopped.I knew it was a great product but the immediacy of this product working so quickly sealed the deal. I will never buy anything else. came out with Complete with nano drops, I was hooked.

I have extremely dry eyes. I was diagnosed with chronic dry eye by my optometrist so using eye drops is really important. I have tried many brands over the years. Nothing hydrates and soothes my eyes quite like these sustained eye drops. The solution is thicker almost cloudy when you drop it into your eyes. It instantly soothes, lubricates and cools my eye ball. I also use them while wearing contacts and they help keep my eyes feeling comfortable. I bought a 3 pack from Costco for a super good price and will continue purchasing these.

I have sjogrens and need eye drops to LIVE! Systane Ultra has so far been the best drop that works well with my particular eyeballs. I guess not all eyeballs need the same thing because Systane COMPLETE just didnt do it for me. And not only is it just barely lubing my eyeballs, it kind of makes them feel....tight. I dont know how to describe it. I can only compare it to using drops for contacts when you dont have contacts in? They always bothered my naked eyeballs for some reason. Disappointed with a highly recommended product

I had high hopes for this lubricant eye drop. I have extremely dry eyes and have done everything out there to help my problem. This was recommended to me by a friend. However, when I tried this drop, it didn't help nearly as much as Systane Ultra which I am currently using. But I am an extreme case. I did like that it is preservative free. I will stick with what I have and hope for something better in the future.

Irritated my eyes horribly, dried them out

Horrible brand. They irritated my eyes so badly. There's obviously something in them that's harsh, my eyes were dry, irritated, and burnt for days from these drops. My eyes actually hurt so bad I got a severe headache. The first time I used them with contacts, I assumed that's why it irritated my eyes because they aren't supposed to be used with contacts, which it didn't even state that on the bottle. So the second time I made sure to use them without contacts and it burnt my eyes again and left my eyelids swollen. So there's something not right in the ingredients. Also, it didn't moisterize at all, if anything it left them insanely dry. They also should make it more apparent that they aren't supposed to be used with contacts, it's stated nowhere on the bottle ... MoreHorrible brand. They irritated my eyes so badly. If they aren't safe with contacts then they obviously aren't gentle enough for eyes, no wonder they hurt. There's no excuse for them not to be made contact safe when most of the other brands are. Made my eyes itch SO BAD!

My eye doc recommended these newer style bottles of preservative free dry eye lubrication. The little single use vials have always seemed like a waste so I liked this idea.Unfortunately, these made my eyes itch like the devil! I wasn't sure at first that this was the culprit but I've tested twice and it's 100% this product. Once I was sure, I threw it in the trash and obviously will not repurchase. I'll stick to other brands.

Take a while to work but definitely worth the wait

I bought these drops after being recommended them but my optician as a long term treatment option and wow what a difference they have made. My previous drops although they felt great when I first put them in, I kept having to reapply constantly (5-6 times) throughout the day, I have now been using these drops for 4 weeks and although I used them a lot at first I now only have to apply them twice a day for maintenance and my eyes feel great! They are a complete game changer and have made such an impact on my day to day life!! No more watery/gritty/sore/itchy eyes!! I will definitely be re-buying!!!

This really helps soothe my dry eyes!

I’ve always used Systane Ultra eyedrops since they were recommended by my ophthalmologist post-cataract surgery 9 years ago. I was very excited to try this new Systane Complete PF and I really appreciate the fact that it is preservative free! I’ve been using these drops every morning & evening and they really do soothe my dry, irritated eyes. I wear contact lenses too, so I love the fact that there are no preservatives and the drops are good for sensitive eyes. The new dropper style is unique and took a little while to get used to, but now I’m an expert! (I found that I was dispensing 2 drops instead of just one!)

Very disappointed, worried about side effects.

This product is pleasant when applied to my eyes, silky-smooth feel. The drops are only just okay in the eyes, and need to be used frequently, often every few minutes. I have only experienced about one hour as longest interval between needing another dose. After a few days using the drops, I have constantly dry, irritated eyes . I stopped almost 24 hours ago, and now I have noticed that most of my eyelashes are gone. Seems very weird .

Will stick to Systane Gel

I've had dry eye symptoms since cataract surgeries in both eyes last year.I tried it out and it was irritating to my eye for a minute or two. But the soothing effect didn't last as long as the Systane gel that I regularly use. I'll stick to the gel.
