I LOVE, LOVE these Systane Preservative Free Lubricant Eye Drops, they are like a cool shower for your dry eyes. I bought and tried many eye drops yet my eyes still bothered me due to a rare disease that causes many rare %26 very serious allergies and on top of that I have to take a lot of Antihistamines, and other meds that causes your eyes to dry out even more.I cannot believe the difference these have made in my eye problems!! I recently had a bad episode and was told the red rings around my eyes was Eczema and the expensive prescription ointments to put around my eyes made it worse, this is FINALLY what cleared it all up!!Make sure what you are using is Systane and Preservative Free when you need eye drops for anything!!!

my OD recommended and gave me a sample pack of these, individually packaged drops. the cloudiness in one eye cleared up within 20 minutes. i purchased these, but, i really don’t like the big dropper design just seems i end up putting in too many drops - it’s hit or miss - vs pointed droppers found on other drops such as Visine or RX bottles. Good product, meh design.

Great eye drops! My eyes never burn when applying these drops. i have optic nerve atrophy and need to reapply drops frequently. Normal bottle are stiff and can be hard to control. It makes it very easy to flood your eyes and drain the bottle quickly.This bottle, however, is much better. The small blue dropper restricts the flow very well and the bottles soft shell makes use easy and accurate.

I received these eyedrops free for an honest review. If you have any problems with dry eyes you are going to want to run and pick these up. They provided immediate relief to my very irritated eyes. I have bad eye allergies and live in a high desert climate with virtually no humidity and winds that blow sand around like crazy. I use two different eye allergy drops and also dry eye drops when things get bad. With these Systane drops I was actually able to stop using one of the drops and I may try to not use the other. I have horribly dry eyes. It is difficult to enjoy sitting in front of a fan because my eyes are dry. I also have issues at times with burning and watering. It all drives me so crazy. I decided to try something new, so I bought these drops. I swear upon my very first try I started feeling relief for the gritty, dry eye feeling. I do 2 drops in each eye in the morning, and 2 before bed, my own personal preference. Another great feature is how nice and cooling the drops feel. These eye drops are wonderful. I recommend them to everyone. For those that can't seem to get them into their eyes, it never hurts to have help.
The design of this bottle causes spillage when first opening (to break the seal). In addition, it has a little “nub” versus a tip for dispensing the drops into your eye. If not careful you can accidentally touch it to your eye or eyelid and then it would not be safe to use. I actually threw my bottle the trash so not sure if they are effective for treatment of dry eyes.

I called my eye doctor right away expecting pain relieving eye drops or antibiotic eye drops or something. She gave me a sample of Systane Complete PF and told me if it wasn’t feeling better or it got worse by the afternoon, give them call and they’d look further into it but she believed it would work. I left there thinking, “Ok. No medicinal values to this so I will see you later, I guess.” Haha.I am downright AMAZED at what these did. I can barley get a drop in my eye!! The way the bottle is designed is Crack! I've got more drops on my cheeks and the bridge of my nose than actually in my eyes. I'd say until they fix their dispenser, don't waste your money!! When I get it in my eyes, it stings and I don't feel much relief. My ophthalmologist recommended these, I was using another of their drops and loved them...maybe after I've squirted these all over my face, I'll just go back to the regular drops
I think the bottle I got may be faulty, it worked ok for a few drops but then started foaming and leaking around dispenser sides as I squeezed it and can not get actual drops to come out. I decided it wasn't safe to keep using them if the seal isn't good and they are preservative free. I also did not like the way they made my eyes feel. They felt uncomfortable and sore while was using it.
