Systane hydration PF eye drops is the best eye lubricant I’ve ever used. It hydrated my eyes the moment you dropped it. What a soothing relaxing medicating feelings. From then on this the only lubricant eye drops that I buy and use. I did recommend this too to my relatives and friends. Thank you Systane Hydration PF. 5 stars for your quality effectiveness etc.

Only used once, so my opinion is regarding the bottle. Reviews were confusing, so here’s the deal… The cap unscrews from the bottle like any plastic water bottle - the plastic seal breaks easily when you twist the first time. The top of the bottle IS different, and I can see how it might be harder to “aim” than other eye drops, but I didn’t have any problems. At first reading I was confused by, “After use, shake the bottle downward to remove residual product that may be left on the tip” but this probably is second nature for guys! :) Hope this clarifies.

I recently had cataract surgery on both eyes and needed lubricating eye drops to hydrate and ease that scratchy feeling without adversely affecting the surgery. I am also very sensitive to preservatives. The Systane PF Hydration drops worked great for me. Will continue to use.

Was hesitant to buy this since it didn’t have reviews and I’m picky with my eye drops… or I should say, my eyes are picky. I suffer from a few conditions that leave my eyes and sinuses like the sarengeti. My eyes felt irritated and crunchy, but I was out of my usual eye drops. These eye drops are incredible. I used them 2x a day for a few days until my eyes settled down and they provide a lot of relief. These will be my go-to now when I need a little more than just my daily use drops.
These eye drops have made a huge difference in my eye comfort, helping retain moisture for a bit longer. The moderate dry eye drops were no longer providing relief. These do. I'm using both the individual vials ( for travel) and the multiple use bottle as the bottle's design significantly lowers the risk of contaminating the entire contents. I recommend them.
I dislike it is in bottle instead of vials. But I love how it cleared my vision. I have been struggling for years, and gone through many eye exams and glasses…nothing unburied my vision. I tried drops for dry eyes too. One day, as I was rubbing my itchy dry eye, it came to me that maybe it was allergies. My eye doctor recommended this and from the first use, my vision was normal. Great product!
I usually use Refresh brand and got this from the eye doctor office as sample to try. First time I tried it, I woke up with swollen, itchy red eyes. I thought it was something else. I used a second time and it gave me the same problem. I went to eye doctor to treat my swollen eyes and she told me to stop using it which I did of course. I went back to Refresh brand since then.
First, let me say that I love the Systane eye drops. In this case, the issue is the dispenser. The top is flat, unlike the 10 ML bottles of non-preservative free drops that have that great protruding tip that you can pinpoint where the drop will land, very wasteful. They had the perfect tip and then they decided to go flat with the preservative free bottle dispenser. If they would just go back to the original tip, they would have a winner. I do recommend the preservative free vials as opposed to this bottle.
I haven't tried EVERY drop out there, but I recently compared these to some other Systane formulas, and the others actually caused unpleasant results. I'm a retinoblastoma survivor who is now on Restasis because my eye no longer produces tears.These drops are fantastic for me for whatever reason. I'd recommend anyone / everyone give them a try.
The product is great. I used the single-use vials. Then, because I loved the product so much, I decided to go for the bottle. Huge disappointment. I cannot make it work at all. And now the bottle remained in the "squeeze" shape, and it is useless. Huge, huge disappointment.
