I love this preservative free bottle of eye drops. The dropper is so easy to use as there is a blue tip on the bottle so it's easy to be precise. The dropper lets out 1 drop at a time so it doesn't mess up makeup, etc. There is no burning or blurring with this product. The moisturizing is very good and lasts me all day. It is a small bottle that fits nicely in purse, pocket, luggage, etc. It should last quite a while. I would definitely recommend this product! It is excellent!!

Reviews were confusing, so here’s the deal… The cap unscrews from the bottle like any plastic water bottle - the plastic seal breaks easily when you twist the first time. The top of the bottle IS different, and I can see how it might be harder to “aim” than other eye drops, but I didn’t have any problems. At first reading I was confused by, “After use, shake the bottle downward to remove residual product that may be left on the tip” but this probably is second nature for guys! :) Hope this clarifies.

I suffer from a few conditions that leave my eyes and sinuses like the sarengeti. My eyes felt irritated and crunchy, but I was out of my usual eye drops. These eye drops are incredible. I used them 2x a day for a few days until my eyes settled down and they provide a lot of relief. These will be my go-to now when I need a little more than just my daily use drops.

These eye drops have made a huge difference in my eye comfort, helping retain moisture for a bit longer. The moderate dry eye drops were no longer providing relief. These do. I'm using both the individual vials ( for travel) and the multiple use bottle as the bottle's design significantly lowers the risk of contaminating the entire contents. I recommend them.
I usually use Refresh brand and got this from the eye doctor office as sample to try. First time I tried it, I woke up with swollen, itchy red eyes. I thought it was something else. I used a second time and it gave me the same problem. I went to eye doctor to treat my swollen eyes and she told me to stop using it which I did of course. I went back to Refresh brand since then.
I was hesitant to purchase these drops based on a lot of negative reviews. After doing research and seeing that most reviews were based on the bottle and not the product itself, I decided to give it a try. I had LASIK three weeks ago and am suffering from dry eye and nothing else was working to keep my eyes moisturized. This was the fourth preservative-free drop that I tried and after just one day my eyes feel amazing. A tip that I have is to handle the bottle with care when inserting drops. If you manhandle the bottle, you will waste a lot of drops and the bottle will cave in. A gentle squeeze is all it takes to dispense one drop. Before putting the cap on, shake in a downward motion to remove excess and put the cap back on. These are the best, TRY THEM!
First, let me say that I love the Systane eye drops. In this case, the issue is the dispenser. The top is flat, unlike the 10 ML bottles of non-preservative free drops that have that great protruding tip that you can pinpoint where the drop will land, very wasteful. They had the perfect tip and then they decided to go flat with the preservative free bottle dispenser. If they would just go back to the original tip, they would have a winner. I do recommend the preservative free vials as opposed to this bottle.
I haven't tried EVERY drop out there, but I recently compared these to some other Systane formulas, and the others actually caused unpleasant results. I'm a retinoblastoma survivor who is now on Restasis because my eye no longer produces tears.These drops are fantastic for me for whatever reason. I'd recommend anyone / everyone give them a try.
The product is great. I used the single-use vials. Then, because I loved the product so much, I decided to go for the bottle. Huge disappointment. I cannot make it work at all. And now the bottle remained in the "squeeze" shape, and it is useless. Huge, huge disappointment.
