These drops have been my go-to for years now. They’re effective and don’t seem to make eye dryness worse, which other brands have done. When it comes to the different options that Systane sells, I’m not sure if this product is actually any better or worse than the ones that are labeled “COMPLETE” because the ingredients seem similar, but more importantly, I don’t notice a difference in function between the two types. I prefer the small dropper bottle to the individually packed ampules as well because those usually have product that gets wasted. Overall, these are great and last awhile, and I’ll continue to buy and recommend this brand.

In my job, eye strain, eye tiredness and redness come with the job. I also have dry eye. This is my over the counter go to for fast, long lasting relief. My eye doctor first recommended it as an alternative to more expensive treatments including medication. He was right. I use it all the time and have bottles stashed everywhere. You can find this easily at Walmart or your local pharmacy. It is long lasting and affordable. I like it very much and it doesn’t further irritate my sensitive eyes.

I use the gel at night and it's blink activated to every time you blink. You lubricate your eyes and there is like a Les. My eyes are extremely dry and so my optometrist told me I should try gel drops. These had pretty good reviews on amazon so I ended up picking these. They aren’t super expensive, but costs a little more than regular drops. They help my dry eyes a good bit with the initial application, but my eyes are a little severe. I think for average dry eyes this works really well, but for people like me I think I would try to find another one that lasts longer maybe.
I was recommended by my optometrist to use these gel drops by Systane along with my regular eye drops. From overwearing my contacts I had caused 90% of the veins in my eyeballs to start coming to the surface from lack of oxygen, causing severe red and dry eyes. I was miserable. But after using these drops twice a day for about two weeks I had gone back to my optometrist's office for a follow-up where he told me that my eyes were 99% back to normal! For anyone suffering with severe dry eyes please don't hesitate to buy this product! It's definitely worth the price!

This was just what i needed. my eyes have been unbearably dry, even dry if i keep them shut feels like sandpaper. Regular eyedrops wouldnt work, still felt incredibly dry oddly enough even if i put a bunch of drops in. I remembered in school i used to have “gel drops” and they actually made it kind of hard to see for a few minutes….but i went online, ordered these and its just what i needed. I put them in at night time, because i dont need to see anyway, and fall asleep.
I had the rough edge of a blanket swiped across my eye in the middle of the night thanks to animals 🙄. I couldn’t look at bright lights or drive in daylight for a few days with out my eye tearing up like crazy. Unless I had this eye drop gel stuff. When the ac vent air would hit my eye it would go crazy until I put these drops in and then it was like a barrier against air and sunlight. I also recommend putting little dabs across your eye because it’s a gel not a liquid, three or four will do.
After having laser eye treatment followed by two injection (yes, two needles directly into the eye ball) all in the same day plus having iodine in the eye for sterilization (an irritant as well) I thought I’d rather have my eyeball clawed out completely. I tried two other kinds of drops that made no difference at all. Then as a last resort I ordered these. After a few drops, I was back to normal completely! Took my pain level from a 10 to a 2 with just a few drops!
