On September 9th, I had strabismus surgery and afterwards the pain was quite intense. The itching and irritation has been the absolute WORST. Today my mom had bought me the ultra drops and after just using it once I feel a remarkable difference. My eye muscles still feel tight and a bit itchy but it's SO much more tolerable. Hopefully these will remain to help like this moving forward because they are amazing. I made it 4 star since they are a bit pricey but at the same time, potentially worth it overall.

These drops have been my go-to for years now. They’re effective and don’t seem to make eye dryness worse, which other brands have done. When it comes to the different options that Systane sells, I’m not sure if this product is actually any better or worse than the ones that are labeled “COMPLETE” because the ingredients seem similar, but more importantly, I don’t notice a difference in function between the two types. I prefer the small dropper bottle to the individually packed ampules as well because those usually have product that gets wasted. Overall, these are great and last awhile, and I’ll continue to buy and recommend this brand.

I noticed that the consistency of these drops were thicker then the other drops that I tried, the gel worked more effectively for me. As soon as I put the drops in my eyes I felt immediate relief and the tearing subsided. It's terrible to have dry eyes It feels like there are grains of sand in them every time you blink. As I mentioned the gel formula is a thicker consistency so make sure if you decide to try this particular brand that you get the gel drops.. Systane is recommended by many eye care professionals. Purchasing just one bottle at a drug store can easily cost almost as much as getting 3 bottles sold in big box found in Costco /Amazon / Sams Club. My Mom suffers from Glaucoma and this is what he recommended for her daily use. The drops are effective without being too watery or too thick. I would recommend this brand to anyone who suffers from dry eyes. It also relieves tired eyes from computer using. I would highly recommend to both Glaucoma sufferers or people who regularly deal with tired, dry eyes.

After decades of battling eye dryness, using every OTC product out there (non “ultra” systane included), I discovered this at Costco yesterday.At application my vision was blurred for a few seconds, then, my eye dryness/burning was GONE! My eyes were whiter/brighter as well!Surprisingly, when I opened my eyes this morning, my eyes were still feeling the effects, to a notable degree.Outstanding product!

Great eye drops

Preservative free is the way to go when you have sensitive eyes. Really like this eye drops . Started to use eye drops last fall , because my eye Dr ordered it. Well , my eyes got worse with time to the point that I thought I damaged my eyes. I just did not relate it to the drops I was using. Eventually though I stopped using the drops to see what happens . Found out it was the drops who made my eyes so much worse. Did some researches and decided for the Systane Ultra PF . Could not be any more satisfied ! Just wished the single plastics could go into the recycle bin. Also I one single for 2 days , twice a day to avoid waste. I just put a little cap made from alu foil on it , to avoid contamination. Just how I do it.

Really love these but Walmart pickup sold expired

I always buy this brand. it works great but so disappointing that i used Walmart curbside pick up and the box was so beat up and worn looking !!! i turned it over and it had expired like almost 6 months ago!!! So aggravating because being its preservative free I definitely wouldn't just use this one anyways. Now I get the hassle of making a return/exchange while sick . yay.

These drops were highly recommended by my physician for severe dry eye. I prefer them to others I have tried in the past. My concern is that the two bottles expire in six weeks! Even dispensing 6 times a day in each eye, they will expire before I can use them. (20 drops per ml). Drops picked up at the store have a much longer effective period. Currently I am unable to shop in the store so had these shipped by FedEx. Hard lesson.Great product but length of effectiveness/expiration date something to be on alert for.

I wear contacts and my eyes are always dry. I've tried everything. I've tried supplements, went to see my doctor about it, changed my contacts solutions, tried 3 different brands of eye drops. Nothing really worked until I found this. A friend of my got Lasix and they told him to use this brand of eye drops. At first I was like, I've tried so many methods and none of them worked. How is this going to be better. Well, it works. My eyes feel normal and just a few drops does the job.
