Everytime I dispense a drop into the eye, an excess drop is stuck on the outlet tip, the instructions says to shake off residual drops. Everytime I apply drops to my eyes I lose 2 excesss drops. This is a lot of wastage. The bottle is poorly designed.

This product is fantastic for my dry eye condition. It last for a long time too. Unfortunately, the design of the bottle is terrible! I wasted half bottle, at least, due to the terrible design. Until it changes the design, will not purchase this product.
I like the new squeeze bottle. Find drops to be effective!
Poor design, half of the product gets wasted every time I use it. Bottle is designed in a way to increase consumption. Good product, poor design. Very expensive as it is, consider the price is double in real terms considering the waste element.
Effective but not easy to put in one’s own eye
The eye drops themselves are fantastic! However, until the bottle is redesigned, I will not purchase this again. Sometimes one drop comes out, sometimes 10 at once, flooding your eye and wasting huge amounts.
I have been using for 2 weeks. Very effective if I can get the drop into my eye as the tip of the bottle is a bad design. Will not purchase again as there is too much waste.
No more rebound for me, these i use only when my eyes feel dry and sore and they are great, no preservatives means no rebound effect, i recommend these BUT please change the bottle dispenser tip it's hopeless
