I bought this Chai before trying the Organic Chai, as it has a weird after taste. The organic Chair was much better I am so disappointed they discontinued it. It was a favorite for a lot of people. The other chai's in the range, including this Chai do not stack up. Alot have a chemical aftertaste. Another reviewer said that was artificial flavoring and the response from T2 on their review was there is no artificial flavors in this Chai tea but their own ingredient list states artificial flavoring. Overall, a big disappointment compared to the Organic Chai tea. It's drinkable but such a stange aftertaste makes it unplesant. I brew with milk and honey.

This is a really lovely, basic chai for all intense and purposes. I loved this for making big batches of chai over winter, but it's not my favourite chai.It is perfectly balanced though, it's got a perfect balance of spices to the richness of the black tea base, and it was very aromatic. Making this made the house smell wonderful, and made me feel very wintery and snug.It's a very lovely general chai, but I was quite partial to some of the flavoured chai, as I thought it brought a new element to the table.That being said, this is a very lovely basic chai, and if you love chai, I'm 100% sure you'd love this. I would recommend it with vanilla soy or vanilla almond, and a touch of honey.

This was never like an authentic chai however it was nice enough to drink before however T2 seems to have changed this recently where it is essentially clove tea. I fished out about 30 cloves from the top 1 inch layer - that is too many cloves!!! I cant imagine anyone liking clove tea as its quite unpleasant to drink. The balance of spices in this tea is very off. I will not be buying this again and would not recommend.

I'm missing the organic chai, it definitely had a better taste. My last foil bag which I asked a friend to get at Melbourne store (the lady said 3 x no we don't do foil bags- ummmm it's written on the bag!! and sold as such!!) Price has gone up....and my last foil bag doesn't seem to have as much spice....will be only buying 100g varieties now.
This is absolutely fantastic, I love it. As a bonus my mum hates chai tea so she won’t steal any of it haha.I typically have it with just a splash of milk and a 1/4 teaspoon of honey. It tastes especially good when made in a teacup/mug with the milk added first and then the hot water poured over the tea leaves. Absolutely marvellous and is now a staple in my morning routine.
I bought this for the cute tin and because I was running out of chai in lockdown. The flavour is OK but quite weak. There is a strange after-taste which I am assuming is from the artificial flavouring - note to self, never buy anything from T2 that says artificial flavouring in the ingredients. I would not purchase again,
I WAS a huge fan of this tea. After making a pot of a recent order I was shocked to find the ingredients now contain artificial flavour. So disappointing. You can taste it - disgusting.
Really disappointed with this product. I used to drink the organic chai until it was discontinued. That was the best chai I’d ever had. Then this artificial smelling and tasting product became its replacement. Such a disappointment. I don’t think T2 realised what a great product they already had.
I've had a lot of different chai teas and this isn't bad, but it's definitely not my favorite. I've had much more flavorful, strong bodies chai teas I'd prefer to buy in the future. This would probably be a good chai for somebody who doesn't like strongly spiced tea, I would describe it as being very mellow.
everytime I desire a nice aromatic chai to snuggle up with i’m left disappointed by the lack of flavour, the smell is misrepresentative if the flavour held within. no matter the brewing method, i’m dissatisfied. DO BETTER.
