I bought the IPad Air to replace my iPad Pro which was 3 years old. I went for the air for the price but mainly because the size is almost identical to my old pro. The screen is much clearer and with less bezel there is more to see. The actions are quick and slick but there are some cons for me. Firstly, the battery life is not quite as good as my old pro. I generally get a day of use as opposed to 2 plus days on the older iPad. This may be down to the settings, I have only been using it a few weeks, so time will tell. The other con for me is the lack of Home Screen button, I keep touching the fingerprint button and the iPad does what it's by supposed to do, turn off! Drives me mad but I will get used to swiping up I guess. Overall I am very pleased with my new iPad ... MoreI bought the IPad Air to replace my iPad Pro which was 3 years old. Brilliant product build to last
15 July 2024

Pleased with the iPad Air which replaced my iPad Pro 2017 the air comes with plenty of processor power with the M1 chip. its has double the ram of the pro at which had no issues. The screen has the same Retina display the pixels are slightly less from the pro but unless you use a lot of video apps I don't think your notice. The layout has moved the Camera which has moved to the side unsure reasons the home button has moved and the build In touch button on side. I have gone for the 64 basic model as the price of the pro makes it very expensive but I would recommend going for the larger version if you are used to having a lot of apps as it's very tight on your space over all the update has been posstive.

Easy. Fast. Refreshed

The iPad Air 2 was great. The total replacement 4 yrs ago in lieu of battery replacement won me to the Apple brand. When I got to 30gb of a 332gb capacity it felt like looking over my shoulder and constant parsimony. While looking around for an updated replacement the variety of tablets matched with ways of use and lifestyle was another winner: almost too many choices. Now retired, I am moving to word and puzzle games and some drawing in addition to some media and, of course, email. But way less text or documents. Reviewing and editing board packets and prep for six or seven meetings a month, including zoom is a breeze. Low vision accessories including voice are a saving grace. Summation: my iPad Air 5 fits my various needs without demanding a lot of tech know how. ... MoreThe iPad Air 2 was great. Summation: my iPad Air 5 fits my various needs without demanding a lot of tech know how. It’s portable, reliable, and assures access to the plethora of too small print. I opted for the Verizon chip again to assure anywhere access and deter snooping that plagues public Wi-Fi. Rei on staff are great: neither too techno nor making up answers when they don’t know. They are quick and listen so they respond well to questions. All around, a worthwhile experience even though it was not the cheapest deal around.

I really like Apple iPads
7 March 2024

I’m not a computer geek or someone who has that much knowledge about computers, iPads or any kind of technology but I do find Apple iPads easy to use. This is my third iPad and they have improved with time as everything does. I don’t play games on them and I don’t download every App available and in all honesty my lack of technical knowledge of them is probably shocking but for me it does what I need it for which is reading the news, shopping, messaging, emails etc. I do get tech savvy family to help with things that I find challenging or “above my knowledge level” and so far everything’s been good. So in other words even people with basic knowledge and skills should be ok to use this. The photos and videos are crystal clear and the speed in which it downloads is so ... MoreI’m not a computer geek or someone who has that much knowledge about computers, iPads or any kind of technology but I do find Apple iPads easy to use. MY FIRST SHOPPING EXPERIENCE IN THE STORE
5 December 2023

I'LL TELL YOU A LITTLE ABOUT MY FIRST SHOPPING EXPERIENCE IN THE STORE. I PURCHASED THE PRODUCT (I PAD) AS A BIRTHDAY GIFT FOR MY 8 YEAR OLD SON ON NOVEMBER 5, 2023, WITH DELIVERY SCHEDULED FOR NOVEMBER 8, 2023. SO UNTIL HERE, ONLY PRAISES FOR THE COMPANY, BUT WHEN I RECEIVED THE IPAD, WAS IN A CARDBOARD PACKAGING AND PACKED IN BUBBLE PLASTIC, THE ORIGINAL PRODUCT BOX WAS NOT SENT WITH THE EQUIPMENT AND NOR WAS THE INSTRUCTION MANUAL FOR IT. I BELIEVE THAT THE POWER CORD IS NOT ORIGINAL, AS IT COMES IN BLACK. WHEN MY SON SAW HIS BIRTHDAY PRESENT IN THAT SITUATION, INSTEAD OF SMILING AND THANKING, HE STARTED CRYING DUE TO THE CONDITION OF THE PACKAGING. I DO NOT INTEND TO RETURN THE PRODUCT AS IT DOES NOT PRESENT MARKS OF USE AND MY SON HAS ALREADY ADAPTED TO IT. ... MoreI'LL TELL YOU A LITTLE ABOUT MY FIRST SHOPPING EXPERIENCE IN THE STORE. PERFECT!! Im very happy :)
7 August 2024

Its perfect! Its exactly what I wanted. I got the pink Ipad air 5th generation with wifi only and 256 GB. It came with the charger and everything nice and neat. It was shipped quickly and delivered on time. When I opened my package I saw no noticable flaws. Now that I look I can see one slight scratch on the bottom of the screen, but its so small and unnoticeable. I even tried taking a picture of it for the review and you can barely even see it. I was worried because of the other reviews but I was reassured knowing I could always return it if it didnt meet expectations. But I am glad it worked out

The iPad Air (4th generation)
15 July 2023

Pretty much exactly like if I were to buy it from apple. There is a small indent on the side and some scratches on the screen but after putting on the screen protector I could barely notice. I don’t really mind the indent either since it is so small. Although sadly the ipad does not come in the original apple box. The ipad works perfectly fine and came packaged really well. I love the color and it looks exactly how I imagined it.After having it for almost a week I can say that you can definitely use this all day and it be at 20% at the end. I typically use it at work a lot and at home to watch movies and catch up on tv shows. The battery life on this ipad is crazy and I am very happy about how long it lasts.Procreate is also suitable on this ipad and is great ... MorePretty much exactly like if I were to buy it from apple. Trouble with charging
24 July 2024

I bought this last year and had to take it in for repairs after 6 months because it wouldn't charge. It came back working but no answer to what the problem was. A couple months later I had to take it back again for the same reason. Again, no definite answer to what's wrong just maybe some software issue. Now it has happened again this week, it won't charge and it's past it's warranty. I've always thought of Apple products as superior and reliable - I still have a 10 year old ipad that's working! It's a great device when it works but because the repair technicians don't know why it randomly stops charging for a period of time and then starts again, overall it's an expensive disappointment.
