Drawers will sag and rub / be stiff on way in and out and most importantly - - - the handle is not pinned. It pops off when carrying loaded toolbox up any stairs. Started to do this very early in piece. Looks the part but can't 'handle' any load. Toolbox hits the deck. Glorified tackle box or the bin.

The two drawers are smooth and the slots can be modified to fit longer items. The top storage would be better if it was a deep drawer as well, or if there was just two really deep drawers. But I like how I can fit my saw, and baulky items in the top, nails and screws and other small items in one drawer, and the other drawer can store my screw drivers etc and other hand toold. Just super convenient and reliable.

Not a luxury box, but a great size, good depth, removable internal walls so it can be just one big space, strong construction as far as I can tell. A good choice for this price point.

I wanted to get a metal cabinet for my home office setup ended up getting one of these. One third price of a metal one but does the same job and even bring my home office more styles!! The top space is used to store a rarely used personal laptop and the two drawers with dividers are filled this pens, notebooks, tf cards, staplers, normal office tools, and every office thing you name it! Highly recommend this to someone is looking to get a office drawers!
Having seen these at the price I thought they were too good to be true. And I was right. The drawers are sturdy enough for what I need. I keep a few tools that are seldom used in them and drill bits, gloves, safety glasses etc. Luckily I don't leave them on site as the drawers are not water tight.My main grip is the top compartment the plastic base is so weak that it can't really handle any weight on it. It flexes and the top drawer will rub against it when pulled out or pushed it. Seems too flimsy and a waste of good space. Cables, batteries and a few long auger bits fill it up.It does what I need but bot as well as it could
After testing this in the shop to make sure it fit on the rolling modular unit that I have at home, it was all good at the shop, when I got home and tried to clip it on I find out they have changed the clip system and they aren't compatible. Instead of having a two box rolling modular unit, I now have separate boxes that will never be used as intended. The boxes themselves are great which is why I bought the extra one which will be too heavy as a standalone normal toolbox
They're good quality tool chests, however they're not compatible with the Tactixs other modular range. What they don't advertise is that there's essentially 2 'ranges' in their modular systems. This and the Technicians case are a heavy duty range, made with thicker materials and more rugged. Their other range which includes the wheeled box, medium tool chest and small parts box are all in a lighter duty range. The 2 ranges don't stack or connect to each other. I originally considered returning this unit and the technicians case when I discovered this, however they are of good quality and the draw slides are solid. Just wish they advertised they're not compatible
Best toolbox I've ever used. Tough and sturdy, and the option to add or remove other units makes it hard to beat in my opinion. The drawers lock shut, and you can lock the main chest with your own lock if necessary. The only negative thing I've found is if your toolbox tips over, it's possible to lose items down the back behind the drawer, which means it won't shut. Not easy to retrieve items as hand space is limited but perseverance is key!
I purchased one of these along with the bottom trolley to match and they've both been fantastic, The drawers are so much better than the other brands that extend out in sections. The only problem i've had with the drawers is that when you put a lot of weight in them they tend to bow on the bottom and rub when you open them but they still function correctly. Although the drawer has a lot of heavy sockets and ratchets in there probably more than recommended. Other than that they've been great i've taken them everywhere on road trips, to the wreckers and to save broken down friends.
Bloody brilliant! I removed all the dividers and just use it to store my larger tools such as drills and chargers, chisel and file kits etc, while the box that has the drawers beneath it houses most of my hand tools. You'd be surprised just how much you can fit in these bad boys! This plus the 2 drawer box filled with tools is a weight and a half, might be time to add the trolley to the setup. Sturdy and solid construction, clips on and off other units with ease. For the price, you just can't go past one of these!
