Works well, bucket needs to be kept in metal chemical cupboard. As the rats have chewed into the bucket previously.

Wax blocks leave no mess and are waterproof. I silicon them to blocks of wood so the rodents don't move them away, I can wait until they are eaten completely before I replace them.
