This is an attractive sturdy sandal, suitable for walking. It has a contoured footbed which fit the contours of my foot. I have an enlarged joint (bunion) on one of my feet and the Velcro straps which are totally adjustable allowed room for the joint. The heel is padded which allows the shoes to be worn without having to break them in. They ran true to size. I have a high arch and narrow feet, so the straps adjusted to accommodate that. I'm looking forward to wearing them on our vacation!

Love these sandals. They magically change the feel of an outfit when I put them on. I think they are a slightly narrow brand. I have five pairs. What I didn't see on the website is how the black is a mixture of black and charcoal in the weaved parts. I am usually a size 39, but I get the 38 in these sandals because I think they look better when my foot fills the entire sole space.

These are super cute. My last boss used to wear these sandals all the time years later I finally decided to try them. They have decent arch support. But I also haven't walked in them yet except while trying on. I'm a true 7.5 and that's what I got ...true fit I could've have went with an 8 since my right foot is a tad longer due to breaking my foot by the ball of my foot. But they will work. Also excited that I have a sandal where my pinky toe doesn't sneak out. I do wish the heel strap was a bit higher.
Good quality sandal with a nice arch support. I had a pair of all leather trulie sandals for at least five years. They were the perfect shoe for my plantar fasciitis. When the Velcro gave out, I ordered a new pair with the braid. They are not quite the same. The braid rubs across my foot and causes irritation. The sole is not the same quality as my old pair. However, that being said, the arch support is great. I hope the sandal becomes more comfortable over time.
I have worn a pair of Trulies for over a year and they are great for my right foot which is quite prone, so I ordered another pair. The right sandal, however rubs on the outside of the front part of my foot. I have kept wearing them for short periods to break in, hoping the straps would become supple like my first pair. It's been painful with the rubbing, but I think it's beginning to soften so I can wear them longer. Other than that, the Trulie straps are structured for best support for my feet and look nice too.
Taos sandals are comfortable from the moment you put them on. I have never had a break-in period. Since I have been purchasing all my shoes at Footwear etc., I no longer have a problem with pain from plantar fasciitis. The customer service is always helpful and patient, as I try on different styles. With narrow feet, many shoes are too wide. Shopping at Footwear etc is always a fun experience.
This is my second pair of these sandals and I am so happy to have gotten them. I bought my first pair while heavily pregnant over the summer months and they were a dream! This pair will replace those as after 5 years of continuous wear I've finally had to retire them. The fit, arch support and lining all cradle my feet to make any amount of walking comfortable. I originally bought these in a different color and loved it, but opted for the tan multicolor this time and am not disappointed. They look great with casual or slightly dressy summer clothes which makes them my everyday go to for the warm season.
They were returned as it was not what i was expecting. I've owned several pairs of the Treasure and they were comfortable and fit very good (more true to size) but it's hard to find a shoe to replace them. Hopefully Taos will bring it back or replace it with a comparable shoe. In the meantime I will try other styles that they have. I wish there was a store near by that actually sold this brand and several of their styles. Some of their newer shoes are not true to size. I have a wide foot but never had a problem with the Treasure. They were supportive and comfortable. I will answer some of the following questions as best as I can as i only tried these on in the house and since they didn't fit and feel right to my satisfaction I returned them.
Wide width footbed is the same as the regular Taos foot bed. The only difference in the wide and the narrow with issue seems to be the width of the straps on top with your fine. Tayo’s makes an excellent foot bed but they are all for narrow feet only unfortunately. My feet are between medium and medium wide they are not even wide feet. I’ve been very active all my life I am not overweight my feet are just slightly wider or deeper than average. Wide width shoes Are typically too wide for me. I just have to carefully shop the design I buy. These did not work. I wish Taos would correct this problem I like the style, the leather and I really like the cork in the footbeds.
