I was a little disappointed at first that it didn't have more USB ports. However, I realized that everything has USB ports these days including his keyboard and monitor so there are more than enough. Even though he only has one monitor at the moment, the docking station has two ports so we'll be good to go when he get another.

This universal docking station suits my purposes well. I am using it with a newer laptop and two monitors. The connectivity and speed is great. I don’t have any issues with lagging or disconnections. I like how organized and efficient this system is for my workspace. Setup was direct and easy. I am very satisfied with the performance of this product.

I’ve been using this to be able to use two monitors with my PC and It’s been a godsend! It feels high quality and I’ve had 0 issues with it thus far. The connections are secure and stable and it even supports other peripherals via the USB ports. Highly recommend to anyone looking to upgrade their setup!

There is a known incompatibility between this device and many versions of the drivers for some Intel graphics chips for Windows 10, including the most current version. The workaround is to revert the drivers to an older version, however Windows will randomly update the drivers on you, breaking the device. When this occurs, the screens of attached monitors will flash off and on and the system will run very slowly. This docking station has nice features for running multiple monitors and USB devices. I am running two HP 24yh Monitors, Logitech Video camera/mic, USB/Bluetooth wireless keyboard & mouse and USB speakers from this dock but the USB-C connection to the notebook is very touchy. I find I have to unplug and re-plug it in multiple times before the laptop recognizes the connection, starts charging and fires up the peripherals USB-C Cable/connection. I bought one for home because this is the same model they gave me at work for my new notebook, and I have the same problem with both docks. That said, once the connection is made, it works really well and supports everything I need in my office.
This device is very cool for laptops connectivity and multiple screens. The only issue I have with my Lenovo Carbon is that after 15min unused the screens go into sleep mode and cannot bring them back online. I have to unplug/plug the Targus and wait 2 minutes for the screens to be reconnected. I do not have sleep mode in the computer, this is build in the Targus and I could not find a way to avoid it. Otherwise very good product.

I love my Targus universal docking station. This system will wirelessly charge all my devices and they will last me all day. Really holds a strong charge. This docking station makes it easy to charge multiple devices at the same time. This is great for home or at work at the office.
The two external monitors would lock up and not display correctly. The Device manager showed driver issues and running HP and Windows updates did not fix the issue. The dock did run my older (3YO) Lenovo okay.
