I had been looking for multi video hubs to run dual screens from a laptop for ages and couldn't find one at the price point. These units are small but mighty. Work really well. I have one for at work and at home.

Cheap price for an amazing product!

It allowed me to hook up 2 monitors to my laptop and it streams flawlessly. I am able to do homework on one screen and have a video on the other with no lag. Super easy set up as well. Its small enough so you can take it with you easily on the go.

Faulty or incompatible

Either faulty or incompatible with a current model Dell XPS 13. Continually connects and disconnects from the laptop; the screen never comes up and a USB mouse connected through it operates erratically. Updating the driver didn't help.

Mixed Performance

3 rating because it works most of the time. For the price, would expect it to work better. I have two monitors, one uses VGA and the other uses HDMI, when both are plugged together, often results in flickering. The WLAN plugged in drops signal or becomes slow when using video conferencing unlike when plugged in directly to laptop.

No USB-C connections on device
19 August 2021

I have not been able to use it as I need to plug in USB-C connections and there is not even 1 slot for this (MacBook Pro power and Dell monitor). If it were not for COVID and the complexity with returning, I would have brought it back.

No end of trouble with Surface Pro
1 June 2020

I have had nothing but issues with this device and my 2017 Surface Pro. My Mouse and Keyboad lag, my hard drive runs extremely slow and it takes a few goes at replugging it in to get the Surfce to recognise the second screen. Have tried reinstalling drivers and system resets and still problems. I have used other products with no issues. Would not recommned.

Perfect for running two monitors
28 May 2021

Now I’m working from home and going into the office once a fortnight, I wanted a docking station to plug all the bits and bobs from my laptop into so I only had to disconnect one device. I work on a Dell Latitude 5501, and this little gem runs both monitors as individual, one via VGA and one via HDMI, along with my mouse, keyboard and broadband.

Should have been two HDMIs. But considering the cost, its a great product and serves all my purposes. Still suggest to go for upgrade where power charger with additonal USB-c & HDMI ports.

Works exactly as it should
3 February 2022

I bought this dock yesterday. I downloaded the drivers, extracted (unzipped) the files, and ran the setup file.No I can easily switch between my desktop and laptop (both operate Windows 10) using two monitors, same keyboard and mouse, camera, and headset. I don't have a USB-C port on my laptop, so the USB 3.0 option was perfect for me. It does come with a USD-C adapter though.Disadvantages: The USB 3.0 cable is short. There are only two USB ports so I still need a USB hub to include my desktop camera and headset.Overall, I think this is a great product, even if you are not a 'techy' person and you just want the function of switching from desktop to laptop and vice versa, without plugging and unplugging a lot of cables

Works perfectly
16 December 2020

I've used this to connect a MS surface pro to two external monitors. Works perfectly and has a USB port for Bluetooth keyboard and mouse. Only gripe is that the USB connector cable is very short (maybe 10cm?) and therefore makes the set up a bit awkward. Also, with onr extra USB port and it would be perfect.
