I have been a leatherwood honey fan for over 30 years and decided to try this brand. I will not by this particular one again.R. Stephens still rules for Leatherwood honey.It must be the difference in areas. My usual by R. Stephens is liquified but the flavor is Heaven.I only enjoy leatherwood.

Our Leatherwood Honey arrived last week in very good condition! We love the taste & the creamy texture. As a result we have ordered 4 more jars & will be using the honey in our cooking & on crumpets etc. Small portions will be given to a few friends, so they can try the unique taste of this honey..

I first heard about Tasmanian Leatherwood Honey while watching Uncharted Territory shows hosted by Gordon R. featuring parts of Australia's unique cuisine. The honey has its unique taste to it; flowery aromatic scent, not too sweet, a tinged of spice and is very flavorful. Loved it. Thank you. Over all excellent experience.
Best tasting honey in the world, lived in Tasmania back in the 80’s and bought the honey at the Mole Creek outlet and haven’t looked back since, oh what sensational tasting honey, no comparison to the other honeys.Must have been hard when the fires almost destroyed the leatherwood forests many years ago, glad you are back. I love honey. I saw Gordon Ramsey's show when he visits Tasmania and he talks about this honey that is made from the Leatherwood tree. It's very unique and prized by the locals and those "in the know." I ordered a bunch of bottles to have a supply of them and to give to friends and family. The taste is very complex. Very sweet and a little spicy. Not like any other honey.

I really love this honey. I usually buy Tasmanian Leatherwood honey but thought I'd give this one a try which is a nice rich flavoured meadow honey.The pricing is good but delivery did take a little longer than expected.
