Delicious creamy leatherwood flavoured honey easily spreadable on hot buttered toast or added to favourite recipes as a healthier alternative to sugar. A dollop on ice-cream and desserts gives them an extra delightful richness and flavour. Leatherwood honey is an essential item in my pantry.

Tasmanian leatherwood honey has a unique flavour. The product is hard to find in Queensland so it's great to find an online supplier.It's not for everyone's taste, but for me, it's the king of honeys.Supplied, packaged well and delivered promptly.
Ive used Tasmanian leatherwood honey for over 40 years. Its part of the reason Im a healthy septuagenarian! But the fires in Tasmania last year devastated much of the leatherwood in the west of the state. So supplies are almost non-existent at a local level throughout the state. Buying in bulk meant I could maintain my supply until the leatherwood recovers.
