I purchased one of these and the light and rotisserie stopped working within a week. I've been unable to return it as they want a video to show it doesn't work but the link says the video is too big even if it's only one second. Too hard to return products. Very expensive when it only lasts one week.

The product is tiny, not what I expected at all. You cant fit much in it at all. Would be ok for single person, definitely not a family! With that said the fryer works very well and is quick at cooking. If it was larger it would have been perfect.

I got this as a mothers day present, and I was thrilled as I heard they were brilliant. But that must be for another brand. On opening the box, everything looked good until I went to use it....How the heck is a newbie to know how to use it!!. There is nothing to say temperatures and times for different items. And the size is so tiny...this is not a family sized unit at all. Husband asked me to mention the photo on the box isn't what you say to do. Misleading? But you already know all of this as almost all reviews say the same thing...So here's my question. "Why have you not set to correct the simple things you can correct. eg cooking instructions, maybe a starters cook book. These things could be placed in a envelope on the outside of the box.. Haven't tried it yet, but this my first foray into using an air fryer, and this was cheap at my local supermarket during LD, so I decided to give it a try. It comes with very basic instructions about cleaning, maintaining but nothing about how to use it cooking something, so therefore a recipe book or slip or something to get me started would be good. I'm a go by the numbers kinda person.
I received airfryer free with a vibration machine I brought. I used the air fryer for a month and then the timer knob broke, as I received it free and they discounted the vibration machine I did not send back or complain. This was last April 2020. This month I have purchase a Sunbeam airfryer, it’s bigger and only $139 and fabulous.
The best best best chips and kumara and roast potato 🥔 Yummy and the yummiest taste, l should have bought two, is there not another airfryer for $19.99. I would love another one.
The size was way to small for myself and my family bit that's ok still does the trick. Haven't tried any recipes yet . The manual is very helpful it's all about trying out new things. The manual could've been more detailed.
This is ok. It's probably a bit small for us though. Great for cooking for one person, toasted sandwiches, cheese on toast.
This is very small good for small batches or one person. Does do great pork crackling and bacon but even for two people its quicker to do in a pan. Does keep the bench clean and tidy though. It should be marked on the box more suited for one person. Going to give it to our daughter when she goes flatting.
its pretty good... bit small in the basket area to how much room for the element to heat around the food, very close together... but ok if you shake and do small bits
