I have started adding this to soups, casseroles, stir-fries, gravies etc.... it really is that good and gives added depth and richness of flavour! So much more sophisticated than a stock cube! A little goes a long way. A culinary staple that I would not be without now.

Love this Miso..so handy to make flavour pop in both savoury and sweet dishes. Good value particularly when on offer.
I discovered this after watching Jamie Oliver! Well well well ... it's the best thing ever! I use it with beef stir fry and it's just fantastic! It's so flavoursome and you don't have to use much. It's also great combined with honey - who would have thought of putting these two ingredients together?
Sooo good. I find some white miso too sweet for my taste but this is delicious. Very versatile, great flavour, must have.
Really enjoyed this white miso paste, when diluted in hot water it made a tasty authentic miso drink. I made it into a more hearty soup for the family by adding two spoons of miso, chicken stock, soy sauce to taste and adding cubes of tofu and plenty of finely chopped spring onions. It was superb! If youre a miso soup fan - try it!
I saw a recipe for vegan gravy that said to add this and I couldn?t believe the taste when I added it. It has added so much flavour to dishes that I will always have some in the fridge. It does say yeast on the ingredients but reading up on miso, this isn?t bread yeast, it?s miso related and won?t give you any gastro side effects if you find bread does. Couldn?t recommend enough.
Since discovering this product I now add it to almost every sauce, stew, gravy etc. It brings a really delicious depth of flavour that I havent found in any alternative product. It perks up everything but it is quite salty so I usually add this in the required quantity to taste before adding any other seasoning. I couldnt live without it now.
I discovered this ingredient when following a recipe and havent looked back since. It adds amazing flavour to almost anything and I use it almost daily. The red version is equally good, possibly a bit stronger, and I always keep both in the fridge. Once you find this you will add it to every soup, sauce, gravy etc for the depth of flavour it gives.
