The TaylorMade Qi Irons shaping has been designed for consistent contact and a larger sweet spot. The increased blade length of Qi Irons improves forgiveness while the redefined leading-edge geometry is designed to give players a consistent strike for higher launch. The Qi Iron features TaylorMade's patented face technology designed to control face flexibility and eliminate "cut" spin for straighter shots through the whole set. Each head has been designed to deliver specific performance for that individual iron. Starting with a foundation of maximum distance and forgiveness, the face design is tailored to deliver the launch and spin needed for straight, consistent shots with each iron. FLTD CG strategically positions the centre of gravity (CG) lowest in the long irons and progressively shifts it higher throughout the set. The design produces better launch and playability in long irons with precision and control in the scoring clubs. Fitted as standard with the KBS Max MT shaft that offers a lightweight design to help generate more ball speed with a higher ball flight for improved approach shot control.

I think it was the Spider Tour model.

They are good irons, just not for me. Bought them for distance and accuracy, they lived up to hype. I played 5 rounds with them, couldn’t find consistency. Played a scramble tournament this weekend, partner plays P790’s, played last 9 holes with his 790’s, spot on. Pushed the rules a bit, playing partners clubs. I have requested through Taylormade Customer Service, to please exchange the Qi10’s for the P790’s. Again, Qi10’s are good clubs, just not for me. I sincerely hope Taylormade Customer Service will help me out and work with me. Can’t afford another set of irons. 🤷‍♂️

Great looks, sound and Feel
16 April 2024

I was fit for P790 irons a few years back and played well with them. However I now need a little more help than my P790’s were giving me. At 65 now and an 11 index I tried out the Qi irons. I can say for sure these are definitely are more forgiving than the P790’s. They sound and feel just as nice though. Club overall feels lighter then my P790’s which is a plus. I read reviews about spin and stronger lofts and was not sure I made the right choice because my home course has very fast firm greens. Well not to worry they hold the greens just fine. No difference from 7 to wedges. 6 and 5 a little more fill out. I made the right choice switching

Great purchase, would suggest you look at these!

Love my new Qi irons. Were everything I expected and more. The most forgiving irons with great distance. You can't help but notice how good they feel the moment you pull one out of the bag. This adds to confidence overall in how you feel over the ball with one in your hands. I originally didn't purchase below a 6 iron as I had never used my 4 and 5 irons in my previous set. I ended up ordering a 5 iron already to add to my bag. That's how confident I am in how I hit these clubs. I can now hit a 5 iron at times, when previously I would opt for a hybrid.

If in Doubt... Swing the Qi irons for Yourself!!!
31 May 2024

I have been swinging TM Stealth Irons for the last two years until very recently when the clubhead on my 7-iron came off and was lost on a water hazard. Instead of replacing my Stealth 7-iron... I decided instead to custom build and order a TM Qi 7-iron just to test the highly touted improvements that were made by the fine folks at TaylorMade since the Stealth irons. I was not disappointed to say the least. After only a few rounds with my new Qi 7-iron... I have decided order the whole set of Qi irons and sell my Stealth irons to a friend who wants them. I must say: As much as I wanted to discover the Qi was not a big enough improvement over my Stealth irons... every swing I made with the Qi 7-iron very quickly showed me (clearly) that the forgiveness and the ... MoreI have been swinging TM Stealth Irons for the last two years until very recently when the clubhead on my 7-iron came off and was lost on a water hazard. Honestly, I have not hit a single bad shot with the 7-iron, nor have I had any mishits, pulls, pushes, or "hot-shots" that I experienced with the Stealth irons from time to time. More height and better control!!Summary: While I was always very happy with Stealth irons... I am ecstatic with the Qi irons!! 'Nuff said.

In love with this set of clubs!
22 February 2024

I just received my custom set of Qi irons and am absolutely in love with them. Although I've only hit them once. I hit 3 large buckets today and the feel of them was incredible! I've spent the last 7.5 years in the navy on submarines and have recently been struggling with my mental health and figured I'd start golfing again, so I took my old Adam's Idea Black CB3's and hit the course. The staffs felt stiff, I felt stiff, and wanted an upgrade. I was recommended this set of clubs to get going again and am truly excited to hit the course here soon with them! I hit for around 2 hours today and have never felt such great contact, response, and forgiveness in a golf club ever! I had mine shortened by a half inch and tipped .5" soft. Hoping to get some lessons here soon and grow into this set and be able to enjoy the spring-fall this year. Thanks again Taylormade! Truly words cannot express what you guys have done for me! Additionally all the youtube channels, and watching Grant Horvat has really helped me a ton! I am extremely excited to receive the QI Max Driver, 3 wood, and 5 wood here soon! Please do not stop with all the youtube content and new creations as it has definitely helped me and I'm sure many others.

Qi Irons.
15 February 2024

I am completely happy with these Qi irons 4-P. Performance wise much surprised. They have nailed it! Straightest irons ive hit.Green holding throughout the set. 205 with my 5 iron 215 with the 4 and stops, just excellent. Perfect amount of spin. On impact they feel great and sound good as well. My only regret was not ordering the approach wedge with the set, I'm now anxiously awaiting its arrival then it will be complete. I am a mid handicap, and let's face it we all have days that are all over the face and when you need that extra help it's there. But if your game is on fire these are just excellent. No regrets buying these and will recommend to others.

Taylormade Qi10 HL Irons-WOW! What A Set of Sticks
5 October 2024

I had always been a Callaway faithful, but I was very disappointed with my complete set of AI Smokes. Everyone is different, so there's that caveat before I get blasted. Yes, I was fitted...yes a good fitter...that should do it. Anyway, I looked at the top players in the world on both the PGA and LPGA. Almost ALL were hitting TMs. So, I got fitted and just like that I'm playing the best golf ever! As a retired U.S. Marine at 50 yrs old with a knee and hip replacement, I needed some help with distance and flight (10 HCP). The TM Qi10 HL irons were masterful! The yardages were spot on and I got my mid-iron apex back up to 90ft. I only had one concern, which ended up not being one at all - even with the Qi10 HL irons being game improvement irons, I was still able to ... MoreI had always been a Callaway faithful, but I was very disappointed with my complete set of AI Smokes. I only had one concern, which ended up not being one at all - even with the Qi10 HL irons being game improvement irons, I was still able to control my shot shaping. It actually got better, as I naturally hit a fade. However, after a few weeks, I was hitting a draw just as natural. So, after writing this tome, I'm here to highly recommend the Qi10 HL irons!!! Because of this experience and the results due to the quality, I'm a Taylormade golfer for life! P.S. Thanks Taylormade!!! Now I'm swinging the same brand as my favorite golfer: RORS!

What an Upgrade!!!
4 April 2024

I’ve finally made the decision to upgrade after hacking my old irons for about 10 years. I recently went to a local shop to get fitted and when I tried the Qi iron I instantly knew these were the ones for me. I tried a Ping and Titleist before these and the Qi outshined both. The weight of these irons are just perfectly balanced. I noticed much straighter flight paths and several yards more on carry. These are very forgiving when missing the sweet. I was never able to hit my 6 and lower irons, but with these I hit some of my best shots with them. I’m excited to hit the course again and highly recommend these irons.
