A most excellent boot!I tried the TCX R-S2 boots that were on closeout- they didn't fit great in the heal and felt very bulky when sitting in the bike- like to much material on top of the toes of the boot...Then I tried Sidi ST's. I was really hoping they would be the ones- but way to tight in the toes and my heal lifted with every step (felt like 2") and even when sitting on my bike. Plus way to bulky feeling. Then the Evo's... Perfect! They have that ski boot feel - where you are almost going to seat your heal - then Thump- it's locked in there. They feel way lighter and definitely not slick (like the ST's)The suede material on the inside (bike side) of the boots is very nice, helps with gripping the bike.I haven't used the air-fit system, they are perfect as ... MoreA most excellent boot!I tried the TCX R-S2 boots that were on closeout- they didn't fit great in the heal and felt very bulky when sitting in the bike- like to much material on top of the toes of the boot...Then I tried Sidi ST's. Wow! The outside heal of the boots are made for sliding - so Nothing to hold on to! Plus the fact the the heal is reinforced, ... I have pulled a calf muscle several times getting these off! HA!All in all An A+ for boots(just never let the wife see the price tag) :)edit; I wear a 10.5 or 11 in street shoes (Nike fits me best) and a 45 Euro in motorcycle boots. These are perfect in a Euro 45.

I bought these boots after searching long and hard for a boot with a wider foot bed. They fit my foot perfectly. My foot at the widest is just under 4 inches and I wear a size 11 in other shoes. The 45 is the perfect size for me with just enough wiggle room. I followed the size chart which I found to be accurate. The quality of these boots is absolutely amazing. The materials are top notch as well as fitment. Very impressive.I bought Alpinestars supertech-r's before these but they were too narrow for my foot. I am personally glad I got the TCX's instead because the supertechs quality was nowhere near as nice. Also the supertech are pretty ugly where as the TCX rs2's look awesome and have great style.BUY THESE AND YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED!!

Very impressive boot with all the safety features you could need. I wear 10.5 wide shoes and work boots and the TCX RS2 Evo 45 Euro/US 11 fit comfortably snug with perfect length in the toe box. My SIDI ROARR in 46EURO had correct width but I hated that extra length. These boots are plush, with the inner booty and air bladder contributing to the extra material around the upper foot and ankle. I gave it a 4 in style because even tho it is beautiful looking and fit perfect I would have prefered a slimmer boot design. The RT- Race would have fit the bill but outside zippered boots do not survive crashes.

5 stars for the boot, 1 star for the customer support. These boots are fantastic. They fit well, they're comfortable and roomy (for a race boot), they're flexible, the closure system is secure and easy to use.I liked them so much, I've had two pairs. The first pair was purchased prior to TCX being bought out by the big company. Now that they got bought, the big company no longer produces the toe sliders. I go through a lot of toe sliders per season, and this was very disappointing. When I contacted customer support, they told me that I was "welcome to buy a new pair of boots" since the sliders were no longer available. Sure, I'll just go ahead and spend another $300+ dollars when I used to spend $8.If you never plan to touch your toes down, these are the best ... More5 stars for the boot, 1 star for the customer support. Not sure where that's coming from - these don't break in. That commentor said they couldn't shift? Sounds like they aren't sized appropriately. They run almost true to size, but slightly large. I wear a 45.5, or 11.5 in US, running shoes. With these I've tried 46 and 45, and the 45 fit perfect.
I've had my RS2 EVOs for a few months now. I've ridden them on a few spirited rides in the country, one track day, and commuted in them a couple of times.I feel these boots run slightly large - I typically wear an 11.5US so I ordered the 46 at first and they were huge. Thankfully Revzilla made the exchange easy and 2 days later I had my size 45, which fit perfectly! The inner bootie is terriffic - it does a great job of really locking your foot in place where you want it to be. There's nothing worse than a boot your foot floats around in when you lift your heel up. That being said, I can hardly feel a difference with the air bladders inflated vs. deflated. Maybe it's just the shape of my foot, or maybe it's a gimmick? Hard for me to say.Definitely need to break ... MoreI've had my RS2 EVOs for a few months now. Maybe it's just the shape of my foot, or maybe it's a gimmick? Hard for me to say.Definitely need to break these suckers in - the first weekend trip I took in them left some pretty impressive marks across the front of my shin. At first they're also a MASSIVE pain to take on and off. Now that they're broken in, no problem! I could commute in these and not feel like I need to leave for work half an hour earlier to gear up and then gear down when I get there.I've had a problem with the zipper on one of the boots that RevZilla is mediating a warranty claim for - it felt like something was stuck in the zipper and on closer inspection it appears one of the teeth on the zipper has separated. Hopefully it gets sorted out and I get these things back on my feet soon!
Great boots with great fit. Feet size vary. After trying on multiple sizes and measuring my feet. Trying on other brands of boots. These fit the best. A good fitting boot is a safe boot no matter what the brand. My feet measured 260mm or 26cm. so I went with the size 41 which is a measured 263mm. If your feet exceeds those measurements, then go a size up.They will definitely need some break in time compared to Astars but their fit is a bit off. These are made in Romania, not sure why that matters but Astars supertech R's, which are 500 bucks, are made in Vietnam. So you decide if where it is manufactured matters to you.
These are great boots I'm usually a 45 but no way were these fitting me in the same size. The 46 fits great in the length but maybe a little narrow however they are a race style boot so I expected a snug fit. Nice and secure with the inner boot so don't find the heel lifting. They look and feel great the artificial leather should wear a bit longer too. Great service from Infinity also ordering these in for me!
I have a pair of TCX Vibe WP boots in size 42 which are super comfortable and very sturdy. I ordered these in size 42 as well and they run much narrower and small - I had to return them. The internal lacing system was also fiddly. I subsequently bought a pair of Alpinestars Supertech R boots n size 43 and they are fantastic racing boots. I crashed and am glad I was wearing them at the time. They took a beating and still look great.
I was looking for a first ever motorcycle specific boot. I'd been wearing Zamberlan 310 Skill GT's as moto boots for 6 years. Yeah, they aren't moto specific but they're super stiff and I feel like were probably even more protective than some of the moto 'shoes' that are out there. I'd crashed in them twice, though neither accident really hit my feet or shins so I can't really speak to them as protection from true foot injury. Anyway, the soles were worn down to falling off so I needed something new and have been obsessing about getting on the track as well. I try to get gear that can serve multiple purposes so was trying to find something I could wear everyday but also do some track days. I try to get gear that can serve multiple purposes so was trying to find something I could wear everyday but also do some track days. These are likely the perfect boot for that.I tried on the Alpinestar's SMX6 V2's seriously 5 different times at a local shop. They're plush and feel well built. I came very very close to buying them. They're very comfortable for a moto boot and would pass at a track day. My biggest issue was finding a wide foot bed. Sidenote: This seriously should be a listed measurement for all footwear. It's ridiculous that you can't get an idea of width almost at all from the sizing chart or the info presented here (not with any certainty). I wear a 10 in Nike running shoes and an 8 (42) in the SMX6 V2 felt decent. I like my footwear tight though and the 7.5 felt like the right length but was then squishing my small toe on the side (narrow).I ordered the SIDI Vertigo (42) even though I'd heard they were narrow'ish in general. They were, of course, very narrow (to the point of folding over my little toe). I really didn't want boots that were longer to make them wider at all. The material felt like it was folding rather than bending or flexing too and the Tecno VR system felt like a gimmick. The SMX and the RT-Race both get to a more 'snug' fit around the calf without that system. The hard parts at the heel made a popping sound when putting them on and the lowest point of the zipper in some weird way made entry into them more fidgety than the SMX and RT-Race. I liked that there was a much smaller velcro area (not down the full length of the boot like the SMX6) and it seems massively protective. The RT-Race felt great from the first time I put them on. Not as plush as the SMX6 V2 but much much nicer than the Vertigo's. The width isn't significantly wider than the SMX6 V2 but the 42 is shorter by enough that they feel like the perfect length and the width is something I've been able to live with. The inner booty is fidgety and I have a bit of a love/hate thing with it. It gets the boot a bit more snug but it's another thing to mess with when getting them on and off. They look and feel incredibly protective and I've also worn them for full work days at the office (they're not 'comfortable' but for the protection, they're something I think you can easily get used to walking around in daily). I like the ratcheting system at the calf infinitely better than the SIDI Tecno VR system and these get more snug than those did. I wish there was more cushion in the insole inside the boot at the front of the foot but maybe I can get a new insert to resolve that. I now get some buzzing on the front of my feet that I didn't get with my old boots. Some growing pains of now having 'real' moto boots have been losing a ton of feel as far as what my feet are doing with the bike (knowing whether I'm even hitting the shifter and just where my feet are in general on the pegs). I think some of this comes down to going straight from hiking boots to track boots and I'm getting used to it slowly. Down shifting has been especially 'weird' feeling because of the lack of flex with a full height boot. I'm (in my mind) pushing down twice but only getting the first actual shift. I'm sure I'll work that out in the near future. Oh, they look pretty awesome too. I won't lie, my vanity has made more choices than it should but luckily these tick all the other boxes too. Soles feel super sticky too even just to the touch. I agree with Anthony that the hard part on the inside of the foot should/could be something more tactile. The more I wear em the more I like em and I'm glad I took the time to get to this boot.
This is the only choice if you have a large lower leg and wide feet. Although the toe box is larger than most I still had to stretch the width. With such a large toe box you will have to raise your shifter, not the best for road racing as they are a bit clunky, kind of like work boots with toe sliders. My biggest complaint is the small heel. If you place your heel up against the peg your shifter will be half way up your shin instead of contacting the polyurethane shift patch. So you have to ride as if in shoes without heels and exact foot placement comes with practice. Overall like I said there isn't much choice if you have wide feet and edema. Also a good boot widener using 50/50 alcohol and water for a week letting the liquid evaporate and treating several times ... MoreThis is the only choice if you have a large lower leg and wide feet. On the final day I use heat from a heat gun with the stretchers in place and that really helps stretch and smooth out the leather. Let sit overnight, remove the stretchers and treat boots with a mink oil liquid cause using a paste will get in all the nooks and crannies and dry white.
