They’re so comfortable and I’m absolutely relieved to be able to have the adjustability on the top of the boot so that my one piece leathers are able to fit . I’m a relatively small framed person and I can’t go a larger size suit without it pushing off my gloves, so having any type of glove or boot that goes inside, my leg or arm opening is not an option. I have wide feet. So I have been struggling with buying boots online. These were pretty comfortable for my feet. But I had to return these. As the top of the foot was too tight. Width was fine.If you have a tall top of your foot. Be wary as these may not work for you.Otherwise. One of the best boots I have seen in person and tried on.

Happy with purchase.Pros: 1) Wide in the balls of the feet after stretching while walking in the store, I believe this is due to the criss-cross synthetic material at the the top of the foot (zig-zag white triangular material). 2) grippy soles 3) Comfortable for standing and light walking at the track. 4) Fairly stiff in ankle for lateral bends but I can shift gears with moderate effort. 5) Feet did not feel hot on an 85 degree day.Cons: 1) Can't fit my track suit inside easily inside but to be fair, my leather leggings are loose and not snug. 2) Price is on the high side if you just need a wide boot. 3) The inside padding is somewhat thin, for example the tongue cushion compresses easily compared to the Alpinestar SMX v2 Plus. 4) Not as easy to ... MoreFit my 10E feet! The first pair was purchased prior to TCX being bought out by the big company.Now that they got bought, the big company no longer produces the toe sliders. I go through a lot of toe sliders per season, and this was very disappointing. When I contacted customer support, they told me that I was "welcome to buy a new pair of boots" since the sliders were no longer available. Not sure where that's coming from - these don't break in. That commentor said they couldn't shift? Sounds like they aren't sized appropriately. They run almost true to size, but slightly large. I wear a 45.5, or 11.5 in US, running shoes. With these I've tried 46 and 45, and the 45 fit perfect.
Bought the last pair of the blue/white/red boots in size 40. According to TCX's website, as well as Cycle Gear, the size chart shows that I was between a size EU 39 and EU 40 according to foot length (measured it to double check), so I went with EU 40. Well....did NOT fit, it was extremely narrow and I couldn't fit my feet fully into the boot, as it was crushing my pinky toes. I'd recommend going a size or two up after measuring your feet.Otherwise, these boots are fantastic. Extremely well-built, tons of features for micro fitting adjustments for shin and ankle, color is bright. Unfortunately there's no more available in EU 41-45 for the blue/red option or red/white, so...looks like I'll just be getting plain black/grey.
This is a very comfortable sport riding boot that will provide track-worthy performance and protection. They have inner lace-up liners and fit the foot/ankle area snug. A small exoskeleton covers the upper-rear ankle zone and accordion flex material. Unlike my Sidi ST Air boots, the exoskeleton does NOT get snagged on the rear sets on my 2020 R1. Getting in and out of these boots is as easy as race-ready boots get (side entry). There is ZERO air flow, so not the best summer boots. Also be aware that the top of these boots are a bit wide to accommodate leathers, so road riding in jeans will require pants with enough room at the lower leg area. They have good flex at the soles. I will probably end up getting this boot in the vented version for hot weather riding. I don't know how they well hold up in a crash since they feel flimsy, but walking around and riding with them felt great.
