It was a gift for a small grown up which I thought would be perfect since the ad PICTURED a grown man using. It came in a box stating it was for a YOUTH to use. I think this is very deceptive advertising. The gift will be returned as is unusable as is for an adult to use.

This boxing machine is durable - better with sand but water will weigh it down at the base. It took me literally 7 minutes to put together - so quick and easy. Gloves are an awesome added bonus. They are durable and comfy as well. This is a great buy for people who are looking for a nice workout but don’t want the gym. I live in an apartment - my neighbors can’t hear it below me so overall I say this is good quality for the price.

My son loves it. Helps burn hyper energy while having fun learning hand, eye coordination. Nice quality product, adjust to child height to make it easy to fit most ages.
I love this workout, it's fun! I punch this thing pretty hard with fast-paced solid jabs (I'm not trying to knock it out, just get my heart rate up) and I have had no problems. Seems quite sturdy under these conditions.

Love this punching bag a lot. It holds a lot of weight so you could hit it as hard as you want and it won’t knock over! It very easy to dismember the parts if you like to bring it with you anymore. 100% recommend this punching bag!
I really like this bag and it compliments my other types of exercise bags well. Recommend using some sort of padded glove, since the bag is pretty solid. Built well, very easy to assemble, fairly priced and it arrived quickly.
I didn't expect much but this has been so fun for our family. My 8 year old and 12 year old loves it. The height is easy to adjust, the size works great for the whole family. Easy to assemble. Keep them off the video games.
