At the side rotary knob controls, select from 1 or 2 for melting delicate sauces, right through to 9 for stir-frying or boiling. The Technika TGGCM74 features residual heat indicators so you know which zone is still too hot to touch after you've finished cooking, and an auto safety cut-off feature that automatically switches off the zone after a set period of inactivity in case it was accidentally left on. It has an on/off touch setting. With premium Schott ceramic glass, the cooktop surface is durable and easy to keep clean in between cooking sessions.
