I bought this portable air conditioner last fortnight and have been extremely impressed with its performance. Cooling is great, is considerably silent for an indoor AC, was simple to install, everything I needed was available in the box. To top it, its power rating is also nice! So I’d recommend it to my family and friends for sure.

Don't buy. For a 4.7kw portable air conditioner it should more than adequately cool down a small room. It can barely do that.The difference between the Medium and High fan setting is barely noticeable which feels like a complete waste. It took more than an hour to cool down a bedroom on an overcast 27 degree day. The window fitment didn't even cover the whole window so I was forced to rig up something to cover the gap between to prevent heat coming into the room.Compared to a cheaper model that is half the price, this is by far the worst portable air conditioner I have ever used.There is ONE positive. It's quiet. If you're looking for something quiet then this is what you want. But if you want something to pump out nice cold air and cool down a room quickly ... MoreDon't buy. I bought 2 of these units last month and so far so good. I am a bit concerned about the thermostats as the rooms seem colder than the set temperatures. Other than that, they are working just fine.
