I cannot believe Tefal sell this useless steamer. My clothes look worse after using it. I purchased it as I don't iron very much (one item per week) and wanted something quick nd easy to use. Save your money and your time - do not buy this. I read the other reviews after I purchased it and thought it couldn't be that bad - it is.
