[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was a little apprehensive to try this and read the instructions really well before starting the process. I looked at the different recipes in the book but decided that none of them were particularly what I would generally cook. I decided to make a stew and used the instructions. Once I knew what I was doing, it was such an easy process and just a couple of pushed buttons and 30 minutes later, I had a beautiful stew made! This is normally something that would take several hours to make. I was most impressed!! For the newbie, I guess it is a little daunting as you learn your way around the product but I can definitely see it replacing products in the household. Such a great cooking device!

I purchased this product (on sale, too!) to replace my old slow cooker. So far, I am rapt! I have used it to saute and slow cook a ragu, but the most amazing thing was cooking the most tender beef curry using the pressure cooker function - in under an hour! The ease of selecting the cooking option, pressing start, and just letting it do its thing is so simple and efficient. And the food so far tastes so much better than the old slow cooker where everything kind of tasted the same.

I use last 4 months and it's very easy to use, cooks beautifully and is so easy in the colder weather to cook wholesome meals so easily. I cooked a Casserole and the taste and tenderness was beautiful. I usually buy more expensive cuts of meat but for this I used Gravy Beef and it was just beautiful. So easy to clean and has so many features that you could not possibly ask for more.
