I love the idea of one appliance multiple uses. I have bought 5 plates from appliances online. Love the free postage. Biscuit recipe that comes in the book are excellent for two people. If you have a large family double the recipe. cooks evenly and quickly. Saves the house getting hot to cook a batch. I have also used it for warming kebabs and sandwich wraps.
