Tried this in store and it was cushy and so soft around your neck/head so I decided to spend the extra money and buy one for myself and one for my husband. I’ve been using it now for 2 months and it is so hard and uncomfortable. I have a sore neck every day and now I’m stuck with two pillows I can’t even return and spent a fortune. What a waste of money!

A tad soft - I prefer a slightly firmer pillow. Height in the middle could be a little higher to support the neck better. Overall happy with the purchase. D.J. Click & Collect process was a breeze.

I think its taken me a bit to get use to, and unsure if the best for me as Im quite small, but its getting more comfortable and I havent woken in with a sore neck at all this week. So will stick with it! I think its a good pillow, but I probably should have got the standard tempur original as Im sleeping more on my side these days.
Happy with this purchase - it might seem hard sometimes and I think that's because of the cool weather/winter. I didn't have any issues with it being hard in the warmer months.

I've had it for 3 months now and I still get headaches and a sore neck. I'm a side and back sleeper. I've turned it all different ways to find a comfortable position. I will be buying another pillow. As it's so expensive and you can't return pillows, I would advise against buying this pillow.
I love this pillow. After years of searching for a pillow that helps ease chronic headaches from neck issues, I finally found this one. I bought my first one about 12 years ago, and I am now on my 3rd. I highly recommend this shape for anyone who had back or neck issues. As soon as you place your head on it, you will feel instant relief, and after the first night's sleep you will wonder why you didn't try this on sooner.
I have an impingement in my neck which I have been recovering from and found this pillow so helpful. It was the first good sleep I had in months and the support whilst lying on your back and on your sides is spot on. Great design. Highly recommended
it's as hard as a rock,tried by family members, no one really likes it.very disappointed with itindeed a bad decision to buy it
