I was really excited for this product to try to make an older (7y) mattress more comfortable. I left it out in the guest room for four days before I put it on my bed. It had never expanded to the actual size of my bed even when fully expanded. There was so much extra fabric on the cover. Unfortunately, my two pillows (also purchased from Tempurpedic) literally crushed the end of the mattress topper they were on. It was so bad within just a few hours the pillows were sliding into the crack between the headboard and the mattress on an angle. Please be advised that even with the lightest weight and pressure it completely flattens and leaves you in a mush of flimsy foam. I had a Tempur-pedic Supreme Topper that I loved and needed to get a new one. I recently ordered this thinking it would be the same thing. Big mistake! This is no where near the quality of the Supreme which was discontinued. This one is soft, squishy and really leaves a divet where you rest. Even when we opened the box, we could immediately tell it wasn't the same quality as before. Just doing a "squish" test on the edge revealed how soft it was going to be. You could literally pinch it to the bottom. I've had it less than a week and it creates a sink hole where you lay. When I was laying in the middle I literally had to roll out to edges to get "fresh" support. For me, I wind up on my stomach 50% of the time and it works fine. I am finally able to wake up without back pain. And as a person who has lived and is used to living with chronic lower back pain, it is very comfortable. It does not smell nor did it smell out of the box.I highly recommend this topper if you want to feel "hugged" by it. That is the best way I can describe this topper. I hoping that after my husband tries it, he will agree that we need one to cover the entire bed, not just my side.

I purchased a topper from Tempur-Pedic a few years back, which I like very much. It has a very Dense foam with excellent body support. I needed a second topper which I just received. Unfortunately, I'm very disappointed in the newer product. There is absolutely no body support. Nothing like the topper I purchased several years back. This foam is very soft, very little density to it, consequently I just sink right down to the mattress as though there is no topper on the bed at all. I just lost several hundred dollars, to some that may not seem like much, but being retired, every penny counts. I cannot trust the quality of your product in the future.
