I was led by the reputation of Tempur and my need for a pillow that supports my neck, however after trialling the large I returned it as my spine didn’t feel aligned using that. I exchanged it for the medium, with which I was only entitled to 14 days trial. Unfortunately 3 weeks on I’m still not getting on with it. My head feels too high and there isn’t enough neck support. An expensive trial that unfortunately hasn’t worked out for me. I would go for a different brand with a longer trial period in future, as these pillows take time to get used to and know if they are right for you.

I was concerned about the price, but confident in the 30 day trial/money back guarantee, so I thought it was worth the risk.I'm three weeks in with the pillow and it won't be going back - it's great. I went on a short break and took it with me because I couldn't bare to be without it...This is an expensive pillow (IMO), but it is super comfy and supportive. I have had neck pain for many years and although it's not cured - it is a whole lot better and I can see that improving over time. Also, if you spread the cost over just the guarantee period (3 years), this will cost you circa 11p a night. For a good nights sleep, that is a bargain.

I love this. For the first time in years I'm getting a good night's sleep and not waking up aching and with a headache. The fact that these pillows are of different heights is the key, I have small shoulders so the medium one is perfect for me. So much better having the choice.I know some people will worry about the price but you have a 30 night trial anyway so have nothing to lose. Best thing I've bought for a long time. Also it's cheaper in the long run because I'm not having to buy so many pain killers!

I love my pillow. I had been suffering from a sore neck and I had been advised to try a different pillow. I looked a lot online at different shapes and makes but decided on the Tempur shaped pillow. I did go and try out the different sizes to find the best for me. It’s worth doing if your considering buying one
Previously I've received a decent pillowcase on my pillow, this one is awful, thick and it caused my head to keep slipping off my pillow - how are you meant to use these now without a decent pillowcase. I've put my old pillowcase on which is threadbare. The pillow has already gone softer, this proves the quality has gone down the pan, shame on you Tempur
I purchased this product in October 2016. I'm about to order a replacement Tempur just under 3 years later. Overall this has been an excellent pillow. I have fibromyalgia, hypermobility and arthritis so I suffer from neck pain and frequent headaches, making the need for a support pillow essential. This pillow has provided consistent, firm support until the last couple of months. I've roughly had 2.5 years of reliable support before I felt the foam loose its 'bounce back'. That really puts into perspective the price, which I feel is excellent value.I would recommend trying this pillow in a shop if you can. The support is firm and may not be suitable for all. Otherwise it is a fantastic pillow.
I've used this sized Tempur pillow for over 20 years. I'm now on my 4th pillow. To ensure best results make sure you buy the one with the best 'profiles' for you. The profiles on this size are 10cm/7cm. If you find it a bit difficult at first then try the lowest profile to sleep on your back. Even now, although I usually use the 10cm to 'back sleep', I sometimes use the 7cm profile. I have had 2 operations on my neck, removing discs and replacing them with cages, and this is the only pillow that gives me a positive outcome. The new ones are 60cm long but the original ones were only 50cm long so I've bought new pillowcases for the new one. The new pillowcases are elasticated and are truly superb. I loved the smaller pillowcases but they were a bit tricky to get them ... MoreI've used this sized Tempur pillow for over 20 years. I'm now on my 4th pillow. The pillow may seem expensive at first but it's truly well worth the money. I now use this 60cm long pillow on my bed at home but keep the 50cm long one to take with me wherever I travel as I really cannot sleep without it.
The marketing people in the bedding industry must have thought they'd died and gone to heaven when they found out about Nasa's memory foam. It was originally invented for spacemen trying to sleep in weightless conditions without being rigidly strapped in to their bunks, but virtually every bedding shop now sells it to people on earth, of whom very few are actually weightless. It costs cents to make but is unashamedly sold for hundreds if not thousands of dollars. Unfortunately it's made of oil and synthetic rubber with lots of electricity and so is hardly eco-friendly, but when did industry ever worry about a little thing like that. A useful sideline is that physiotherapists and osteopaths also get a piece of the action. Whatever. Unfortunately it's made of oil and synthetic rubber with lots of electricity and so is hardly eco-friendly, but when did industry ever worry about a little thing like that. A useful sideline is that physiotherapists and osteopaths also get a piece of the action. Whatever. I had treated myself to a new A H Beard bed and conventional coil sprung mattress from Harvey Norman who agreed quite a reasonable price, and also included free delivery. As I wanted a whole new outfit, the saleswoman recommended a Tempur Sonata memory foam pillow designed for side sleepers like me. This turned out to be a small, heart-shaped pillow, seemingly quite firm, but not that thick. After a week of nagging neck pain I sold it on Gumtree and bought a Tempur "Original" contour pillow, also made of memory foam and quite firm, but much wider and bigger all round. It has a pronounced ridge along the front edge which supports the neck and straightens out the spine, and although you still sink into the foam somewhat, it really does provide good support. For me, it works. It's easily the best pillow I've ever had, and I'll never go back to a conventional filled pillow. It's very expensive for just a foam pillow, and it takes a bit of getting used to, but it is supremely comfortable and does provide a good night's sleep. Recommended.
Ive recently reviewed a different latex pillow but for various reasons gave up on it and bought this one! This pillow is outstandingly comfortable from the first moment you use it - no need to 'get used to it' or adapt for comfort. I thought a high pillow was the solution to my neck pain (it wasnt) but this shape offers all the support and immediate comfort you could need.It is smaller (due to the shape) than a normal pillow so a pillow case is slightly too big but it's okay to use so I can use my own floral pillowcases. It has a new smell only but you dont notice it.I sleep mostly on my side (5ft6") average build but chose the large as I wanted more support - this was a great fit for me.I occasionally sleep on my back and this pillow is very comfortable in both ... MoreIve recently reviewed a different latex pillow but for various reasons gave up on it and bought this one! You can sleep right on the edge of the pillow or in the center as photographed by tempur and either position is comfortable as the pillow moulds to you. So it adapts to the various sleep positions we adopt in the night. My head feels well supported straight away. I can sleep with an arm under the pillow. People who have not used tempur before will notice the pillow moulding to your face over 30 seconds. Then the comfort sets in.It does not make me feel warmer in the night. It's a great pillow.Tempur pillows tend to feel heavier than a feather pillow but this adds to the supportive-ness.My last tempur pillow lasted 10 years before I felt the spring had gone (not the shaped one). And now my child (10 years) loves it so it's still going strong!I'd highly recommend a tempur pillow. The descriptions seem accurate to what they do (does what it says on the tin!) so explore the options for your needs. Try them instore if you've never felt it before. I give this 100% Recommendation and 10/10!
I read numerous reviews before parting with what seemed like quite a lot of money for this pillow. I was unsure - I have always loved traditional feather pillows, but I knew they weren't giving me the support I'd needed, and I'd had to keep buying new ones to ensure they had firmness. My first reaction to the Tempur pillow was that I'd never get used to it. However, I slept better from day one, and now - a few months on - I'm not sure I'll be able to do without one! I bought the larger size, as I'm tall and of big build, but I can see that the medium would be fine for smaller people. My neck, shoulders and back have definitely been less achey in the mornings. Overall, this pillow is a pleasure, and I recommend one for a brilliant night's sleep!
