I assumed that since this product is so expensive, and it comes from Tempur-Pedic it would be high quality, but I was very wrong. The queen topper does not fit my queen bed, it is several inches short length-wise and in several areas on the sides. When I let customer support know, they told me that being 2 inches short was the industry standard. I would hope that Tempur-Pedic would strive to be better than the industry standard but apparently not. Seems like Temur-Pedic is okay with their toppers making your bed smaller and less comfortable. Don't waste your money hoping that this looks like the picture on the website because it does not. It is barely a rectangle, more of a misshapen mass that kind of fits on your bed, leaving areas missing. I had really bad lower backpain that lasted two years since the beginning of the pandemic. It got worst overtime working from home from the long sitting hours. It really bothered me when I sleep on my back. After reading some reviews online and doing some research (and also not wanting to replace my bed mattress completely), I came across the Temper-Pedic mattress topper for backpain. I got it at a discount and the customer service was great! It got to me in a week and the mattress topper drastically better my back pain. It helped me sleep better and I no longer wake up in the middle of the night with aggravating pain. My partner stays up and it's warm!! I am so happy with the purchase that I am recommending it to my friends.

I put the topper on my Tempurpedic queen mattress and initially was pleased with the results. However, after less than 5 months of the topper on my bed it has grown quite uncomfortable.
