I have purchased these before and they worked great... I am not sure why this time, they where terrible... They were worn góing out and the person female they were purchased for was shocked and terribly embarrassed and humiliated as urine just pour down the inside legs, the edges of the pants helped not one bit and no they were not inside out .... It was dreadful as she has decided not to go out again....

Just bought them to wear after Postpartum. I also bought Depends real fit, which feels more like a real underwear and tighter. I like Depends more, but these are good.
My 80 year young mother loves these. They have given her the confidence Togo out in public again without the fear of any leaks! True piece of mind and gave her back her sense of freedom and she can now do what she wants/enjoys.
Not happy at all with this product. Had used the size L, this was too loose. So chose size M. This was much too small and didn't even reach near my waist. Not comfortable, kept riding down.
Great appearance, soft and comfortable to wear. Generally good leakproof qualities buy not perfect yet. I really liked the comfort and fit.
Tried afew different brands for my Aunty both in quality and price and these offer her the comfort, security & protection she requires for her incontinence needs at 86. She prefers them way more than the type that her nursing home supplies.
Bought for my elderly mum who has dementia. Very absorbent. Gives us all peace of mind. Keeps her dry and great for accidents. She thinks they are comfortable as well as unobtrusive.
Very useful postpartum item! Comfortable and elastic high waist, I can even wear it at my late third trimester. Easy to tear off and change.
