I bought these with the expectation they would suite an active day. Just about to turn 50 and never thought I would be 1 of those 4 men over 40 that experience incontinence. I am fit, active and normally totally in control. Now? Unfortunately not so much. Frequent leaks were becoming tedious and limiting my activities. These pants have revolutionised my life and are absolutely fantastic. They have really helped my confidence. Now using daily and road tested on 2 recent plane journeys and also during important meetings when you don't want to stress about any embarrassing leaks. Great at night too - just in case. I give these pants 10/10.

The feature of being able to remove the pants by tearing down the side either side made the job of his carers much easier in handling him carefully in his increasingly frail state. These are the best duds ever & I always purchase them above all others. Except this time I’ve noticed they’re a new type, which seem to have a different absorption material. I’ve found they don’t seem to hold as much but are still comfortable to wear etc. Let’s hope they’ve not changed them for a cheaper construction just for a cheaper type, I’ll find out soon enough & get back to you. Whatever happened to the old saying. If it’s not broke, don’t try & fix it!
Sizing and make up of product has been changed but unfortunately not for the better. Sizing now Large/x Large which means it is neither one size or the other. The additional material means the pants slip and crease making them uncomfortable to wear. The gusset is no longer white which creates another problem. Please return to original sizing and material Tena or I think customers will have to seek alternative product.
Had to try these as my usual level 2 pads weren't cutting it at the gym now that they've reopened and my core isn't in as great shape as it was - so wetting has been more prevalent and needed something with better protection. Swallowed my pride and picked up a pack of these pants - they were on the shelf beside my usual pads in the supermarket (Tescos). They felt a little odd when wearing at first, but first rate for comfort and wicking urine away for a thorough 90 mins workout. Plenty stretchy for my usual workout and held up well - haven't need to compromise on any exercise. Very happy to have tried them. Will probably keep using these now.
I've bought a pack of the pants with the new branding/packaging. Basically the same pants I've been wearing for a few years, with one change. The white pad inside is now blue. Perhaps an inconsequential change for the manufacturer, but I prefer the white pad as it makes it easier for me to see 1. how wet the pad is, and 2. if I'm dehydrated - as can see the colour of my urine. Would prefer to have the previous white area inside again. Otherwise still good pants, comfortable to wear and suitably absorbent for my personal needs.
