I was recommended these by my dentist, but even following the manufacturer's tips I've found them fiddly to use, particularly when trying to clean between the back teeth. The wire which forms the backbone of the brush has a tendency to bend under the slightest resistance, causing the bristles towards the handle end of the brush to fall out after just a couple of uses. I won't be buying this product again, but I will try switching to the long-handled angled version, to see if they perform any better - if they don't, I'll start working my way through different brands.

The meds I have to take give me a very dry mouth, particularly noticeable in the mornings when waking. I have been using Xylimelts for a number of years and they are great. It took a couple of nights to get used to them, but was well worth it.
Easy to use and pleasant tasting. These melts have really improved my extreme dry mouth at nights. This has meant I am not constantly waking up and I am sleeping better as a result. Would recommend.
Xylimelts have been a game changer for me. I had such difficulty sleeping as I was always waking up with an exceptionally dry mouth, but with these little discs that gradually melt during the night I sleep SO much better and no dry mouth at all. I would absolutely recommend these.
Until recently i was unaware of this type of product although suffering from a dry mouth at night for many years.Although it doesn't stop me snoring completely it certainly reduces it.One unfortunate side affect is that if I use a melt early morning my blood sugars (I am t2 diabetic) is higher than normal although not greatly.

These are excellent. I have suffered with a dry mouth since I was one week old. I am now almost 63. Long story, I wasn't born like this, I was given the wrong medication at a week old which damaged my saliva glands. But that was a long time ago. Long before we started to sue the medical profession. Anyway, I am used to having a dry mouth, but it's uncomfortable during the night and in the morning when I awake. Using just one of these at bedtime keeps my mouth at what I assume is a normal level! So in my opinion they are excellent.
