TePe Interdental Toothbrushes – Size 3 Blue 0.6mm (6 brushes per pack) Ergonomic handle offers comfortable grip and good cleaning control Plastic coated wire to make sure the stem does not scratch tooth surfaces or implant posts Brush and handle in one piece Eight colour-coded sizes make identification easy Handle and packet are made of environmentally-friendly polypropylene plastic High quality brush developed in association with Swedish Dentists Directions How to use TePe Interdental Brushes? Make it a daily routine to brush between your teeth with an interdental brush to keep your teeth healthy and to prevent gum disease and caries. Interdental brushes are also used for cleaning of implants and orthodontic appliances. Use between the front teeth Use a straight interdental brush between the front teeth. Insert the brush gently between your teeth. Do not force the brush into a space; work it in gently or choose a smaller size. Move the interdental brush full length back and forth a few times. Use between the back teeth If you use a small interdental brush (pink, orange, red or blue) you may curve the soft neck slightly by adding pressure with your finger to make it easier to reach between the back teeth. Use between the back teeth If you use an interdental brush of a larger size, access between the back teeth may be improved if you slightly curve the wire. The interdental brush will last longer if you do not straighten or bend the brush at another angle. Choose the right size For optimal cleaning, it is important to choose an interdental brush of the right size. Very often more than one brush size is needed. Your dental professional can help to select the correct brush size/sizes for you. Use your interdental brush once a day, preferably in the evening. Move the brush back and forth a few times in each interdental space. Look in the mirror for easier use. Change brush when the filaments are becoming worn.

Got the shorter ones initially,as that’s what my dentist demonstrated & gave me samples of, but they weren’t suitable for getting to the back teeth, so got these angled, longer ones as well. After the hygienist yesterday, I’m also getting the thicker Yellow ones for between the larger teeth. The only trouble is, unless you ask a dentist/hygienist, you wouldn’t know which size to get, & there are many, so you could waste your money.

2 months ago I bought a packet of 6 yellow Interdental brushes, ISO Size 4; 0.7mm, from a shop in Frome. I liked these and wanted more, so went on-line and ordered 4 packets of ISO Size 4, 0.7mm interdental brushes from Superdrug, expecting the same again. What arrived through the post was not the same again. They are TePe Interdental yellow brushes, ISO size 4, 0.7 mm. These are actually a good deal thinner than the ones I had before (made by ProCare).I tried Superdrug Customer Care but got the impression she had more important things to worry about - she was probably right, and I fully respect her on that. A 1st World problem I suppose.

The ones I bought were the largest size available. Grey. They are very resilient and last a long time. I have found, however, with some of the other sizes, and for some reason the yellow are the worst for me, that the wire tends to break rather quickly.

Great brushes

These angled brushes are great as I have very overcrowded teeth. Make sure to choose the correct colour, depending on your teeth spacing.

Great for reaching back teeth
24 March 2020

I use these on the recommendation of my dentist. Lets put it this way, since starting to use these I get a clean bill of health at every dental examination. My only complaint about the smaller versions of this brush is that they bend very easily and become useless. However I suppose what I save in dental treatments justifies having to buy these more often than I would like. However, Superdrug quite often have them on offer so I am happy with that.

TePe Extra Soft Interdental Brush
22 July 2020

Working in the dental industry I found a lot of patients didn’t like the normal TePe’s ie the sensation they give between the teeth. I know that feeling too. So quite pleased to have a softer option. 5* for the extra soft. With the extra soft I feel that a size larger than the regular that one uses would be more beneficial. At the end of the day it’s subjective. People know what they like and don’t like.

TePe Interdental Brushes - Blue, 0.6
22 March 2023

I've used this brand before and they're quite efficient. The 0.6 size fits the gaps between most of my teeth. I also use Green 0.8 size for the larger gaps, but was disappointed to find they weren't included in the promotional offer: otherwise I'd have purchased them too.

The Best
5 September 2016

My dentist/hygienist insist clients use interdental brushes rather than floss and they're right - these brushes remove so much more debris. I initially thought they were quite expensive so I bought cheaper brands - DON'T. It's a false economy. Unlike the cheaper brands these brushes are so well made they last 3 times as long (just give them a good rinse after use - the same as a toothbrush) so you end up saving money by using the TePe brand. Can't recommend them highly enough.

Work well, too much plastic

Work perfectly. 4 instead of 5 stars due to the d excessive use of plastic.I had tried The Humble Co. environmentally friendly version, but unfortunately they were not a patch on TePe

Worst interdental brush
7 December 2022

What used to be the best interdental brush is now the WORST! The wires on all recently purchased brushes bent and broke with one use and than any other brush I have used and I have used practically all major brand and store brands on the market for the past 30 years. At approximately $1 a piece, I will not purchase again. These don’t even rate one star.
