Helpful for cleaning food build up between average size gaps between teeth. Use these with care , as the wire brush to which the bristles are attached to, does tend to bend rather easily. These interdental brushes don’t last for one to two weeks for me personally which makes them somewhat more costly to use

I was advised to start using these by my dentist. My teeth are quite crowded so I still have to floss some teeth but the ones with a bit of a gap I was told to use these for. They take a bit of practice but after a few days They were much easier to use. And after using a cheaper brand, I discovered they are worth the extra money. The cheap brand broke after one day, these have never broken on me, just got a bit too bent out of shape after a while. They do the job and I'll be sticking with these from now on

Effective

Does the job with little effort, but wish I’d bought the selection pack because teeth vary, but they’re fine. Use them daily and find them easier to use than floss. Great for removing the occasional bit of food that can get wedged between teeth, such as apple peel and other similar slivers.

Excellent for getting in between my teeth and using a circular brushing action removes anything left after normal brushing with a toothbrush. The pink ones are for normal spaces between the teeth.

Rubbish

Used these regularly and they were great. However quality has definitely changed, they go bendy after one use any cant be used again. Very disappointed as they are not cheap.

TePe Interdental Brushes - Blue, 0.6

I've used this brand before and they're quite efficient. The 0.6 size fits the gaps between most of my teeth. I also use Green 0.8 size for the larger gaps, but was disappointed to find they weren't included in the promotional offer: otherwise I'd have purchased them too.
