Worked well for the first year (after some headaches during initial setup). Over the past month the drive has started randomly disconnecting from the computer. Tried everything including changing cables, changing ports, changing computers and it still disconnects. Contacting TerraMaster has so far resulted in no response, so I have no hope they will honor their warranty. Don't waste your money on this drive. Buy one that has a better reputation.
