We use this liquid to adapt running water in an aquarium. We use it for betta fish that do not have an oxygen system. Thanks to this product, the water in the aquarium does not become cloudy and bacteria do not multiply. It is very convenient that you do not need to specially filter and settle the water for the aquarium; you can use regular tap water. It makes the water safer for our fish to remove the chlorine, we must let it sit for a little about 15 minutes to make it safer. It is always necessary when we add new water to the pond. the price is good. You can get it at Walmart, it's cheap, it's chemical so keep it out of children's eyes or mouth, the measurements are in the description and you can use the lid as a measurement as indicated.

The tetra aqua safe, plus was a great product. However, I would recommend to pay a little bit more and get a better brand that would work a little bit better than this would work. This would work if you had a small, taking a bunch of goldfish and you didn’t care about your fish, but I’ve personally would buy a little bit more And use that.

The cost of this product is very reasonable. My family currently has 2 GloFish Tetras and I feel confident treating my Tao water with this product to promote the best health for our fish. It does not leave off an odor at all and you won’t even notice you added anything additional to the tap water. I would recommend this product to anyone who needs to treat water before hand prior to adding it to their fish tank. Super easy to use to keep our fish tank healthy. Love this stuff as my tank is always losing water- this makes it easy to make sure my fish are taken care of. Instructions are clear, I’ve never had a problem using it and the fish are happy. Easy to open packaging, easy to measure drops and helps me get on with other things.

Tetra Aquasafe plus is a literal life and fish saver!! It takes normals tap water amd makes it safe or compliant with just add water and fish n go methods I love the simplicity of use just add the drops to the desired amount or gallons of tap water a waalaaa fresh good quality fish tank water ready for use I love the price and the different amounts that can be bought! It's so easy my 10 year Olds that is his job fir the water changes on out tanks !! I love and highly recommend the Tetra Aquadafe plus drops!

CHEWY saved freshwater aquarium

My mother had taken her 7 year old great-grandson to buy a few goldfish and small (5 gal) aquarium.She didn’t know to buy anything other than the fish and something to put them in.Long story short CHEWY was a life saver, literally (for the fish)I ordered tetra water conditioner and a small pump/filter , heater, and gravel.We did lose 2 of the fish due to what I believe was chemicals in the water, I have always used and trusted Tetra water conditioner in my 50, 10, 55, and 30 gallon aquariums.CHEWY had the order ready and shipping that night , we received items within 2 days of ordering!Mother now has a very happy great-grandson!Thank you Tetra and CHEWY!

Great and Not-So-Great

Long story short, I rescue all different types of pets, which seem to mainly include fish and Rats. Most of my fish do great with this water conditioner! From the Comet Goldfish to the Bettas to the Blood Parrots and the other Tropical fish, this water conditioner is simply great! It comes in a great big bottle to allow for many months of water changes. There is one fish, however, that does not to as good...and that is the little Ranchu Goldfish girl. Whenever I use this water conditioner, I believe that she has some sort of allergic reaction (it is more than just a mere sensitivity, and I would know). Her slime coat starts to form thick patches all over her side and her eyes seem to get covered in a thick, white film. She seems to do better with the API Super Strength brand, however I think I'm just going to be naturally dechlorifying our tap water instead, just to prevent any more issues with any later fish who may come along later on. So, yes, I woul. Recommend this for MOST fish, however for the rare few that will have an allergic reaction or sensitivity to a product like this, I would highly recommend just letting the chlorine evaporate from a bucket and using this to refill your tanks instead. It's also safer and more natural than adding a large amount of chemicals into your tank water where your fish reside...

Terrible Product

When I used this, it nuked my entire fish tank. Killing my whole population I had going! It covered them all in a silky whiteish color slime and they all slowed died!!! Do not recommend! Had to tear apart the tank and scrub everything. Before getting it running again.
