I never thought I would be a sandal kind of person (for outdoor activities), but I bought this for camping to replace my Birkenstocks because those just don't feel good when wet. I'm completely sold on these and have told all my friends about them. They're extremely versatile in hot and cold temperatures (socks and sandals when it gets cold!), and they dry so quickly which is essential to staying warm while camping. They washed easily too. I'm blown away by how durable they are because you really couldn't tell by looking at them. But I've stepped in rocky/branchy terrain and they have held up, no punctures or dents. That being said, I wouldn't recommend them for hiking but they're perfect for camping. Purchased these as my camp shoe for backpacking and they are perfect for just that! They are a soft foam bottom which is nice on the feet after a long day of backpacking. Lightweight, comfy, flexible, and come in fun colours! my favourite sandal for summer!
I love these sandals, but for some reason I can't wear them without getting terrible blisters. I wear them to the river and the sand gets in them and rubs. Please Teva, add padding where the velcro straps are!
