I ordered these because I just love my other Hurricane Ampsoles. I have a lot of foot pain due to various issues and these are hands down my most comfortable shoes. Having this shoe in a W6, I ordered the rainbow pair in a W6 as well. Sadly, they are shorter than the other W6 I have and love in this same style. I will definitely order more of this same style but will make sure I am ordering the women's style as opposed to an all genders style as the all genders W6 is definitely shorter.

According to the Teva size chart I'm a women's 7.5 so I went up to an 8 because I hate having my toes right at the edge of a sandal. (I tend to stub them, I'm a bit clumsy) However the 8 feels like it has almost too much extra space, I feel I probably could've gotten away with the 7 and still had plenty of wiggle room between my toes and the edge of the sandal. Either way due to the strapping they are snug and comfortable! I LOVE the cushy soles on these.

Not only can I walk around with stylish shoes, but imagine I spent a weekend in Ibiza, hiking all day and dancing all night to wake up without foot, knee, or leg pain because of their support. They're genuinely exceptional shoes and I'll definitely choose Teva moving forward because of its' versatility.

I bought these for my husband . He has been having some difficulties with getting into and out of shoes; a special area of difficulty has been the heels. These have velcro and are open at the heel. He can get into and out of them with minimal difficulty. These are also attractive. I know that they will wear well.
I have several pairs of this exact sandal with different colors. Wear them all the time for everyday activities and for golfing. What I love about this one is the light colored footbed - doesn't leave any residual dark marks on my heels or other high pressure points on the bottom of my foot. Also love the "gum" colored sole. Just a preference, but really like that color. Wish there were other strap colors to compliment the same footbed and sole! Also, on size, I typically wear a 9 1/2 to a 10 in shoes or boots. Size 8 in these sandals works perfect for me!
I'm amazed by how comfortable these are, even rivaling my best running shoes. The arch support is good, and the balance between support and cushioning is almost perfect - well, maybe a bit more arch support would be nice, but you can't make a shoe that's perfect for every foot. In any event, I am now wearing these whenever possible. If there is one downside, it's the choice of colors. How about a basic tan (not olive green) and a basic navy in men's sizes? Also, how about half sizes? These are WAY too comfortable to require that "half sizes should size up/down" dance.
I really like that the straps are made of organic help and cotton, they are so comfortable. Love that all 3 straps are adjustable to fit my feet just right. I was in Hawthorne, CA all day yesterday and found myself walking a lot, 8.7 miles and my feet feel great the next day. The unbleached crème color is sweet! Thanks Teva
These shoes are really comfortable as long as you wear socks. Unfortunately, they rub in an uncomfortable way on the little toe, but that could just be the way my foot is shaped. I love the aesthetic, and they were great walking across the gravel. I just had to wear socks. Fortunately, since the upper part of the sandal is black, I wore black socks, and nobody really noticed.
I am completely and totally obsessed with these sandals. I've never owned anything this comfortable and supportive in my whole life. I have chronic sensory motor neuropathy, a couple of torn ligaments in my right ankle, as well as plantar fasciitis and achilles tendonitis on both sides. It's A LOT and I have a really hard time finding shoes that really, truly support all of those issues. My physical therapist is now even recommending TEVAs to clients because of how well these are supporting me, and keeping me from pronating. If you have neuropathy issues, these are the absolute BEST around because of the platform. If you have any of the others, all TEVAs are the answer. I can not recommend enough!!!
it makes me very sad to have to return these because it is the most comfortable footbed I have ever tried. but it is too wide for me and I cannot tighten the toe strap enough to keep my foot from sliding forward. you're similar platform sandal in black and white fits just. fine . my long time favorites are still the leather with a cork bottom. when I wear those I don't even think about my feet all day long.
