This is 2nd pair of TEVA sandals in the Hurricane style. My last pair is almost 10 years old. These are my go to sandals for the beach! The new pair is to wear with summer fun clothes and no worries if I go to walk the beach!I would definitely buy again if any other colors become available.

I love these sandals. It was most important for me to have my feet cradled in the sole so they don't slide around. They are comfortable enough for me to wear all day doing anything. I am looking forward to hiking in them!

Bought to replace old black leather ones that had a sole coming apart. Those had a leather insole and the leather strap caught in the buckle when taking them off. The Hurricane ones are waterproof and easy to clean because the insole is rubber and the straps are a smooth material that slides easily through the buckles. By adjusting the three straps, the sandals are comfortable for all day wear and support. The soles do not trap small pebbles and sand to track into the house. Happy with purchase.
Wow! I love these sandals! I had been searching for Tevas that were like the ones I had gotten in the 1990's.... thick sole, three adjustable straps and a contoured foot-bed.... and these have not disappointed me. I put them on and have worn them extensively with no problems. I like that I can readjust the straps throughout the day as my feet change in the heat.
There are adjustable straps in several areas making different areas of comfort to your foot. Example you can adjust the strap on your heel and it doesn't bother the other areas of your foot. A great sandal if you have a feet that are difficult to fit.
Absolutely love these sandals! Bought my first pair of Tevas a day before traveling to Colorado for walking shoes. Wore them all day with no problems on both rough and smooth terrain. Unlike other brands that have a more prominent arch that make my feet ache, these are made with a slight arch and just enough flex in the sole for even support. Most comfortable sandals I've ever purchased. Will stay with Teva!
I broke my ankle and at seven weeks progressed from the storm trouper boot to the little lace up brace. It was June, and I was sick of ugly footwear, but I needed something sturdy and safe since I am still healing. These shoes are beautiful as well as practical. The ankle strap fits over the brace, and I get complements.
I owned a pair of Hurricane 4's prior to purchasing this pair. Those lasted about three years, and I wore them A LOT in the spring, summer, and fall seasons for those three years - almost daily and during activities like walking, shorter hiking trips, on the river, and camping. These are my go-to outdoor sandals and comfy shoes that fit my lifestyle. Good value for the money.
Ordered for a long-time Teva fan. She loves them. She's normally an 8.5 or 8.5 1/2. Ordered the 9 and they fit perfectly.
