Army painter primers are the best I've found for miniatures. And Plate Mail saves a great deal of time on anything with heavy metal elements like my iron hands.

Army painter primers are the best I've found for miniatures. And Plate Mail saves a great deal of time on anything with heavy metal elements like my iron hands.
Made getting an Army of Necrons to the tabletop a much faster process. A little harder to use than most other spray primers I've used, but maybe that just comes with the metallic particles in the paint.

Need a metallic base coat? This works fine. But the finish is a little spotty, so expect to still use a proper metallic paint over it. I prefer the Gunmetal spray can.
